Knapp Orthodontics exceeded my expectations. I did shop around, but after speaking with the staff on the phone, I knew I had found the right place. The office is beautiful and comfortable, and you can tell Dr. Knapp truly puts in the effort to make the experience a great one. The staff really listened to me, explained everything clearly, and made the entire process feel so easy. I love my braces and I can’t wait to see the results!

Forever Grateful for Dr. Knapp & His Incredible Team I truly cannot say enough good things about my experience with Dr. Knapp and his entire team. Before coming here, I had been seeing a different orthodontist for over a year. At what was supposed to be a routine visit, I was told it was “time to take the braces off,” even though I had developed a severe open bite and a noticeable lisp because of it. I was in complete disbelief and left feeling devastated and afraid that my bite and speech had been ruined permanently. I decided to get a second opinion…and that second opinion was Dr. Knapp. From the very first appointment, I felt heard, respected, and genuinely cared for. Dr. Knapp immediately recognized the issue, clearly explained what had gone wrong, and reassured me that my bite could be fixed. It took another year of treatment, but thanks to Dr. Knapp’s expertise, patience, and attention to detail, my bite and smile were completely corrected. Even more incredibly, the lisp I had developed is now completely gone. The improvement has affected not only my smile, but my confidence and everyday life. What truly sets this office apart is the compassion, skill, and kindness of the entire team. Every person I interacted with was warm, professional, and incredibly supportive. They made every visit comfortable and encouraging, and I always felt cared for—not just as a patient, but as a person. I am forever grateful for Dr. Knapp and his amazing team. If you are looking for an orthodontist who is honest, highly skilled, and genuinely invested in their patients, I could not recommend this office more highly.

Knapp Orthodontics has been great for our family. They are helpful with every step of the process. I appreciate the way they explain what they are doing during the procedures with my children. Also, I have called back so many times to ask questions that I forget to ask when I’m at the appointment, and the front desk staff answers all my questions! As a Dental Hygienist, I have seen Dr Knapp’s work first hand and it’s definitely the best work I’ve seen around west Michigan.I have now been to his office for my oldest daughter and for myself and had an amazing experience both times. He is great with kids and adults. Explained everything in detail and what to expect throughout the whole process. Their office is brand new and beautiful, it’s also very kid friendly. My daughter was begging to go back! Every orthodontic assistant we have had thus far has been very friendly and welcoming! I recommend and refer patients to Dr Knapp all the time and definitely will continue doing so.
