This place and the staff are top notch. They think of everything that would make orthodontics something a kid does not dread. From video games in the lobby, multiple seating options, slushies, gift cards etc. It makes such a difference to feel that your business matters. The staff is so friendly and cheerful and knowledgeable.

I truly can't praise this office enough! I was a patient of this office for 2 years for teeth alignment. When I say this was the BEST office, I mean it! The staff is so professional and knowledgeable, and the environment is just vibrant and friendly every time. I'm truly going to miss Amanda and her team at the front office and their warm and friendly service, as well as Amber and the entire staff that assists Dr. Knapp so professionally. If you're looking for a great orthodontist and don't know where to look, look no further because Dr, Knapp and his team are the perfect choice!! My teeth look great!!!

We just started a treatment for my 8 year old daughter and they have been amazing. She’s very nervous about things and everyone she has talked to has been patient and understanding to her and my questions. I never thought she would be needing orthodontic work at her age but I’m so glad it’s Knapp Orthodontics doing it they found things I never noticed with her bite and more. We drive 45 minutes one way to them and there are plenty of closer ones but we are so impressed with everything that I will make the drive. I highly recommend them.

I would highly recommend this orthodontist office, they were friendly and patient. I am almost 30 and just am starting my teeth correction journey, they walked through all the steps of what to expect even the things that could happen. They were very transparent with me. The office is very inviting and I was nervous but the entire staff made me feel welcomed and valued. I was able to do a monthly payment plan that was reasonable for my budget.

All the staff has been friendly and always makes my child feel comfortable there. They offer water and coffee while you wait and during appointments. Slushies are offered after the appointment. They have payment plans that can work with a tight budget. All of our appointments have been great. They really take the time to explain everything and answer all questions I have. I have never felt rushed or made to feel like a dollar sign. We look forward to our visits and seeing the progress being made to my child’s smile.
