We have been seeing the friendly staff here since the summer of 2024. The office is neat, appears clean and organized and the front desk staff are very nice. The technicians are always careful to explain any procedures performed, as getting it from your tween can be a challenge sometimes. Would recommend!

Great service! April put on my braces and explained every step of the way and let me know what she was doing during the entire process, the brace application was comfortable and pain free, also done in a quick efficient timely manner! Desk service is amazing as well. All around I highly recommend this place, great staff! Abbie is always so friendly and is great at what she does! I have a good visit every time I come in

I'm so glad that we decided on Edwards & Schaefer for my daughter's braces journey! Everyone at the office is super nice and really takes their time in explaining every step. We are so excited! All the appointments, so far, have been super on time. The check-in process is easy and we never had to wait for more than a few minutes before we're called in.

Dr. Edwards is absolutely wonderful. My daughter needed jaw surgery, and Dr. Edwards was so patient and reassuring throughout the process. She answered all of our questions, talked us through our fears, and encouraged us to be diligent and know that this was the right thing to do for our daughter. She's cared for all three of my kids- and I can't recommend her enough. She's thorough, patient, and explains what is needed and why. The office staff is great- and it's not hard to get an appointment to be seen last minute if a wire comes loose or something happens.

Dr Laura Edwards has been working with my son (he began treatment at age 16) and myself (I had braces as a kid but no long-term retainer) and we both love our results. We have been using Invisalign and are very happy with our smiles. I highly recommend Dr Edwards and any of the staff at this facility. Everyone is knowledgeable and friendly, and I’m always happy with our visits.
