We love A2 orthodontics! they have the sweetest staff. my daughter was EXTREMELY nervous about getting braces, after the first appointment she left feeling comfortable and actually looking forward to the next appointment. they are so gentle and thorough! i will always recommend this place.

I highly recommend Dr. Shoukri and his staff! I had braces in high school and, due to a few unpleasant experiences, was very anxious about going through orthodontic treatment again as an adult. I was drawn to Dr. Shoukri because I was looking for the best of the best (he is not only active faculty at the University of Michigan, I had also learned beforehand that he is the provider people are referred to when others make mistakes). I came in with a somewhat challenging case (e.g., others had told me Invisalign would not be an option), but right away Dr. Shoukri felt confident he could treat me with Invisalign, which is what I was interested in trying. His confidence, coupled with his patience and kindness, immediately put me at ease. I had many questions and concerns, all of which he addressed thoughtfully and without any judgment. He even saw me right away when I had last minute apprehension about choosing Invisalign over traditional metal braces. Now, my teeth have never looked better—even compared to after wearing metal braces for three years in high school. My only regret is not starting sooner. Every single person I’ve interacted with, from the front desk to the assistants in the back, has been incredibly kind and accommodating throughout the entire process (and I've needed a lot, from pregnancy to being out of the country for months at a time). You truly feel like part of a little family at each appointment. This is absolutely where I would send my friends and family, knowing they would not only be in excellent hands on the technical side, but that the process would be smooth and easy-going.

I was already impressed with Ann Arbor orthodontics, but today Dr. Brandon topped all that! My son ate something he wasn’t supposed to 2 days after getting his bite block put in and the bite block became displaced… This unfortunately occurred the evening before we were to go up north for the entire week. I messaged them to see what I should do… Well, Dr. Brandon called, on his way home from a wedding no less, and said “How soon could you get to the clinic? I’ll be passing by soon!” We met him at the closed office and he took care of it for us. They are the type of establishment to go above and beyond when it comes to not only quality care, but also customer service. The entire staff are very kind, reassuring, and friendly. In addition, I appreciated their comfy waiting room with a kurig and various beverages. It genuinely smells so good I had to ask what the scent was!
