Orthodontics by Children's Dentistry of Chicopee

We had a great experience here for my son! The office is very bright, sunny and clean! We have NEVER waited for over 5 minutes to get called to the back. They are ALWAYS on time- even if we get there early, they’re always ready to go! It’s really important because people take time off for these appointments and they really value your time and it shows. The dental hygienists (we’ve worked with Jill & Sharon) in the back are amazing! They are knowledgeable and personable. You can tell they know what they’re doing. My son got his braces on and they took us right in and got started. We weren’t even there super long because they were taking care of him the entire time. The Dentist himself is great too! He answers all your questions before you even have to ask, same with the rest of the staff in the back! And Haleigh (sp?) was amazing at helping me navigate insurance coverage and even came up with a payment plan for us! Another great member on this team. Again, it’s an overall great experience.

We just wrapped up two years or there about of orthodontic treatment, and I want to give a special thank you to the girls at the front desk and the dental team. They are consistently friendly and very patient, which made a world of difference for us. Although we saw 2 different dentists throughout the process, the reception and hygienist teams were the 'friendly faces' that kept everything running smoothly. Great experience!

My son has been going here for his braces for the last 4 years and they are absolutely fantabulous. Everyone is so nice and they call or text you with reminders and are very accommodating. Would recommend over and over again.

Dr Scott and Sharon have both been excellent as both of my kids have gotten braces. Sharon is especially kind, thoughtful, patient and friendly. We enjoy seeing her at all of our visits.

We came here after having a bad experience at another orthodontist office. My daughter needs braces and the experience here was the exact opposite of the poor experience we had at the other office. They gave me a price estimate over the phone, then set up an appointment a week later to do X-rays. We were in and out of that appointment in less than an hour and they answered every question that I had quickly and comprehensively. They also put the spacers in my daughter's teeth that same day and now we have an appointment to have her braces put on next week. They even offered me an appointment just 2 days later but I couldn't make it. They are fast and efficient and everybody had a great attitude at this office. I'll be recommending them to anybody that needs a place for children's dental care!
