I'm an adult who has put off dental and ortho care for too long. Everyone at Beacon Orthodontic Associates was kind, welcoming, and professional. I was surprised at all of the great technology this office uses and the amount of time everyone took evaluating me and answering my questions. Doctor Sachs was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and patient; and she took the time to answer all of my questions in order to help me decide whether to prioritize oral surgery versus orthodontic treatment. I highly recommend this ortho practice.

Dr. Sachs and her team are amazing!! She listened to my requests and took such good care of me during my Invisalign treatment. She consistently went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and happiness at every step. I’m very happy with the results. On top of the people being wonderful, the office is so calm, clean, and inviting. They even have games / activities for kids - every detail has been thought of. The communication and billing are top notch and more than reasonable for this area. I highly recommend this practice to both adults and parents for orthodontic work.

Hard to imagine being 76 years ‘young’ and needing braces! Not on my ‘bucket list’ however, needed doing. Did the deed, two days ago at Beacon Orthodontic Associates. A very positive experience. Dr. Sachs owns this practice. She did a very thorough initial exam inclusive of imaging, detailed explanations, and treatment recommendations. Once the options and expected outcomes were presented, the decision to move forward was easy and comfortable to make. Fast forward to a few weeks later on the installation date of my dental braces. The entire staff was welcoming, professional, and easygoing. The process took about 1 hour to complete with Dr. Sachs and her VERY COMPETENT support team being communicative and pleasant throughout. The office space and staff made me feel welcome and at ease. The consultation was thorough and not rushed — Dr. Sachs walked me through everything, answered all my questions, and explained my options clearly. I really appreciated how thoughtful they were throughout the process. It’s clear they truly care about their patients and take the time to make sure you feel confident and informed. I was looking for an orthodontist who could get me in quickly as I was having issues with my permanent retainer and needed it fixed ASAP! Beacon Orthodontic was able to get me in the next day and provided the friendliest service and practical advice for moving forward. I appreciated that they were upfront with potential costs and gave me the information I needed to make the best decision for me. Truly felt that the staff cared and am happy to report that I’m now pain free!
