I’m currently on month 7 of my Invisalign journey, and I’m very impressed with my results so far! I’ve always had a nice smile, but due to overcrowding and an overbite, I sometimes felt insecure about showing my teeth. The treatment plan has been well-organized, and I’m already seeing improvements. My confidence has really been boosted, and everything has been going smoothly. I’m excited to see the final outcome! The staff is amazing—friendly, helpful, and flexible with my schedule, which is huge given my busy work life. Dr. Ma has been fantastic—kind, relatable, and thorough in explaining everything. His bedside manner makes every visit comfortable and enjoyable. I’m really looking forward to my final results and highly recommend Smilebar!

Loved my experience at Smilebar! The whole team was easy to work with, appointments were easily scheduled and they were always on time and efficient. The office is beautiful as well, very easy location steps from Back Bay station. I also appreciated they helped me with my insurance (never easy!) and had a 6 month 0% interest payment plan. Smilebar was amazing from the very beginning and each step along the way! Everyone in the office is so friendly. The front desk staff knows you by name and they are very accommodating when it comes to scheduling appointments. They even called other patients to switch appointments when I had a scheduling conflict. The doctors are very detailed oriented and so professional. I am beyond happy with the outcome of my teeth and never imagined having such a great experience with Invisalign. Highly recommend x1000!

The dentist and staff are excellent, and they take extra appointments to ensure proper adjustments for patient satisfaction. I would give six stars if the office could also help follow up with insurance companies when reimbursements are significantly delayed, as patients are understandably focused on keeping dental costs down. The office did helped once in the beginning. My reimbursement was delayed by 4 to 5 months due to my insurance issuing duplicate checks to the dental office, which was confusing and frustrating.
