Dr. Brown got my son in for a Ortho Emergency while my family was visiting Boston on vacation over a holiday weekend. Turns out my son is likely allergenic to the metal In his expander. She was able to remove it quickly. He was full of energy and feeling back to himself within minutes! Thank you Dr Brown

I felt very comfortable consulting with them about my issue, and the staff there in general was super helpful and kind. It was great to be around a passionate staff. The office is modern, spotless, and efficiently run you’re greeted with a smile the moment you walk in. Dr. Brown’s professionalism, skill, and warmth make you feel confident and cared for throughout your treatment. She listens, explains everything clearly, and truly takes pride in her patients’ results. The entire Boston Orthodontics staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to help. I had an extremely negative experience with seeing Dr. Brown. To start, the only positive part of the experience was the kind front desk worker Lorri, she was amazing. Dr. Brown took 40 minutes past my appointment time to see me, and I was early. She seemed extremely unsure of her work and gave off patronizing energy. She also was snarky to her front desk worker right in front of me, which was extremely inappropriate. Additionally, she charges $50 for a consult that lasted about 4 minutes, complete scam and WASTE of money. Overall, I would not recommend Dr. Brown to anyone in the area, I'd rather pull my own teeth.

I felt like my time wasn’t respected when I was making my appointment, and the receptionist was rude. I’m new to Boston, and I needed my permanent retainer glued back down. When I made my appointment a week before, the lady I talked to sounded really distracted, and repeatedly asked me to repeat my information. Turns out, she didn’t even schedule my appointment, but thankfully they were still able to see me. However, the lady at the front desk (Lori?) was disrespectful. She let me know that they also charge extra for cards they don’t accept, but I didn’t fully understand why my card was different, so I told her I was confused. She huffed like she was annoyed, and just repeated what she said without explanation. Then I accidentally took the sheet with the price the dentist had written, and she raised her voice at me to give it to her. I went to an orthodontist to get my retainer glued back down because my dentist before did a bad job, and I wanted to see someone who specializes in that. The dentist and assistant were really nice, and I enjoyed talking to them. I probably won’t need to return, but other people shouldn’t be talked to the way I was by the receptionist.
