I had such a wonderful experience at this dental office. Dr. Brubaker was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable in explaining the entire veneer process. She took her time answering my questions and made sure I fully understood each step, which gave me so much confidence moving forward. It was also very clear how much she genuinely enjoys her work and her attention to detail really stood out. The entire staff was professional and welcoming and I felt comfortable and well-informed regarding my options during the consultation. I highly recommend this office!

After sharing my experience, the office manager, Autumn Mains, reached out to me directly. She took my feedback seriously, waived the disputed fee as a courtesy and used the situation to coach the team on communication. She also proactively added clear notes to my file regarding my preferences and outlined a transparent billing process for future treatments. While the initial experience was frustrating, Autumn’s professional, accountable and thorough handling completely resolved my concerns. I greatly appreciate a business that genuinely listens to patient feedback and takes action to correct mistakes.
