Everyone in the office are super friendly and make you feel right at home. Very professional and understanding. I had an awful experience at a young age with a dentist but Dr Mott and his staff made me feel very comfortable.

Horrible place. My husband has been going there for 3 years now and every single time he's gone there is a hefty bill attached to it. Turns out they lied when they said they take Tricare. They aren't even in network with them, but they sure have been happy to keep letting us believe that they are and claiming Tricare just doesn't cover certain things. If you are military, do not go here. Further, my husband mentioned that a tooth has been bothering him lately. Their response was "oh yeah we had that one flagged for a while" which is the first he has heard of it. Sounds to me like they let things slide so it gets worse and end up having to do more invasive/expensive procedures. Don't go here. They will scam you.

Dr. Mott, I truly THANK YOU for EVERYTHING that you do!! We need more dentists like YOU!!! From the introduction of meeting you, fixing my tooth without causing any pain, countless laughs while being treated. Dr. Mott and team are the greatest. Everyone's so caring, professional. I've had extensive dental issues forever it seems which included several horrible experiences, then I don't do well with needles. But when a friend shared how her dentist, Dr. Mott was so good, like calm, patient, kind, how beautifully her dental work was done, and how they offer plans to help with payments. I thought I'd give him a try. It's been over twenty years now, a true blessing, I'll never forget on one visit I screamed, moaned, grunted, and cried so terrible, he quietly told me, "Ms. Carolyn you're going to scare the children." I'd so ashamed the way I'd squeeze poor Jennifer's hand, yet she'd be there at my side each time. I can imagine she's grateful I'm some better now. Thanks, Diane, all of you. God bless.

Dr. Mott’s staff and assistants are courteous, transparent, patient and willing to walk you through each step thoroughly. Dr. Mott is personable, but will give it to you straight as a doctor should. He outlines your issues and breaks them down coherently where you can understand what is wrong, why it’s wrong, and how to prevent any other potential issues from happening or getting worse. Experienced and efficient, he is able to complete surgery’s (fillings, extractions, root canals etc.) quickly and comfortably, leaving you with great dental work and the least amount of trauma to your gums, teeth and jaw. With experience in the past to other Dentists, there is an expert level of practice to be found here rather than other places.
