Excellent experience all around. Easy to schedule, service was quick and excellent, and all the employees were helpful and friendly. They answered my questions without pushing any sales pitches on me. They let me know of a potential dental issue and recommended dentists. They also fixed my broken permanent retainer and replaced it for me. They have a beautiful building with easy to find parking right behind it. Dr. C is an excellent orthodontist. Would definitely recommend.

One year ago, our consultation journey to correct a cross bite + phase 1 braces for our 7 year old landed us in Dr. C’s chair. From day 1, her warm welcome, peppy staff, office aesthetic & amenities and her own credentialed mother by her side providing extra support we knew this would be our home for care. Dr. C’s family-first focused vision with an emphasis on children’s needs beyond just the patient, creates a comforting atmosphere where children, caregivers, and medical staff can work collaboratively together to ensure peak results. We never waited once to start an appointment, we never waited once for Dr. C and after initial paperwork completion, billing and patient responsibilities were clear with zero discrepancies. School notes were printed for us upon departure without ever having to ask, and follow up appointments were made while in the chair with a range of availability. The whole Louisville Orthodontics staff made it a point to get to know everyone in our family, always asking about interests and acknowledging important moments from school, sports and birthdays. Their care philosophy extends well beyond teeth. And for us, it did make a difference. Dr. C is passionate about showing up in her community involving the practices’ support in multiple functions. Our girls think it’s really cool when they see Dr. C out and about at events! Our orthodontic journey was clear and incredibly manageable. We are so very grateful for the Louisville Orthodontics team and for a year of growth, transformation, camaraderie and one very confident smile!

I had the best experience here! During my consultation, I voiced all of my wants, needs, and concerns, and I truly felt heard every step of the way. I’ve had braces and Invisalign in the past at different offices and was coming in needing new retainers, so I really appreciated how much they took my history and goals into consideration. Not only did they get me new retainers, but they were also able to tweak my molds to make the slight adjustments I was hoping for. I was so happy that they were able to address those concerns instead of just making standard retainers. Paula was incredibly helpful with handling my insurance and figuring out my coverage, which made the whole process so much less stressful. Dr. C was amazing and understanding throughout the entire experience. Everyone in the office is so kind and friendly. I finished treatment so happy with the outcome and couldn’t recommend them more!
