Buchart + Wachs Orthodontics

As a local general dentist with 35 years of experience working with different specialists, I have found both Dr Buchart and Dr Wachs to be excellent in every way. They really finish their cases nicely which is one of the most difficult aspects of orthodontics and many times is overlooked. I have been a patient of Buchart and Wachs for right at a year! I am older and was nervous about adult orthodontia, I have a difficult bite- a crossed underbite, which I've been told in previous consultations that I'm going to need surgery. I absolutely did not want to pursue that so I got a second opinion from Dr. Wachs, immediately she said "This isn't a bone issue, its a teeth issue and we can fix it with braces." I just looked at her and said, "Where do I sign?" and that was that. Fast forward to a year later and I'm already out of my braces and my teeth are perfect. I never knew it could be this easy, they offer payment plans, they are amazing to work with, I never had to wait longer than about 5 min for my appointments. 10/10 experience that I encourage anyone who wants to fix their smile or get rid of jaw pain to look into.

I had a great experience here at Buchart & Wachs! It was my first time here and everybody was very professional, very friendly, super accommodating, and welcoming. The orthodontist took time to hear why I was there and they even fit me into the schedule for a repair although I was not already on the schedule. They seemed very thoughtful about the entire thing and I could tell that they truly care about their work and their clients!! thank u!!

We’ve had a great experience here with my daughter’s Invisalign. We had a couple of consult appointments before she came in to get her trays, and everything was explained carefully and thoroughly. They had us schedule several appointments in advance, which was convenient. They have been friendly and professional and respectful of our time: we never have to wait more than a minute or so after checking in. Once, a rubber band connector fell off my daughter’s tooth, and they were able to get her right in to reapply it. My toddler also appreciates the movies they play in the waiting room, too. I would recommend this practice to anyone!

During consultation, I was told my retainer will last me up to 4 years, but after few months they started cracking. I contacted the office and went thinking they gonna fix the problem, to my surprise I was told to pay the full price plus shipping, which sum up $420. In my previous visit, I overheard a lady complaining about her retainer being cracked so I know I'm not the only one having this issue. I didn't even wear it 1 years let alone 4 or 5 years. Just a reap off.
