I had a great experience at this orthodontist office i was a previous patient of Dr.Retchin m and was so happy to find out she had opened her own practice. I was by Dr. jacobs she was nice listened to my concerns and explained everything about my treatment. The staff was incredibly kijd snd friendly the office is beautifulcalming and very well put together . I was also so surprised i was able to start my treatment (braces ) the same day. My orthodontist Olivia was super sweet patient and made me feel really comfortable throughout my visit. She explained everything clearly which was very appreciated. They also offer flexible payment plans which make treatment much more accessible and i love the cute stylish take home bag they give you at end of your visit. Overall such a positive experience from start to finish. After an incredibly difficult orthodontic experience elsewhere, my 13 year old daughter walked through these doors carrying anxiety and uncertainty about her smile. From our very first visit, the entire team treated her with remarkable kindness, patience, and respect. They didn’t simply evaluate her teeth. They recognized the emotional weight she was carrying and met her with genuine empathy. What has impressed me most is their commitment to restoring more than just her smile. The entire team has been amazing! We’re only a few visits into my son’s braces journey but every time we leave with all questions answered and feeling confident with the treatment plan. Both Dr. Jacobs & Dr. Rechtin are thorough, listen to every question and concern, and make us feel comfortable. The team is friendly and caring and great with kids!

We love Rechtin Jacobs Orthodontics! They have been great with my daughter who has dental anxiety. She looks forward to every appointment! All staff are friendly and knowledgeable! Her teeth already look so much better! Added bonus is the stocked beverage bar in the waiting area!

The office was very welcoming in both esthetics and staff. Our 8 year old had an eval and was able to start the plan same day. He felt very comfortable and they interacted with him very well making him part of the process. We would definitely recommend!
