I cannot say enough great things about this practice! Every appointment was met with kindness, professionalism, and an incredible level of attention to detail. The staff truly went above and beyond to make sure my teeth received the absolute best care possible. I’ve been to several orthodontic and dental practices in the past where I felt pressured into expensive treatments I didn’t truly need. This place was the complete opposite. I never once felt pushed or obligated to make a decision. Instead, they provided clear, honest information about all my options and helped me choose what worked best for me. Everything was amazing down to the cute carrying case for my retainers!

Love this office! First, they are women owned and operated - the atmosphere is warm, safe, and inviting. They put braces on my daughter and made sure she was relaxed, comfortable, and informed every step of the way! They also made sure that I was well informed on the procedure, after care, and follow up appointments. Second, the office itself is beautiful! It is clean and wonderfully decorated so it doesn't feel like walking into a scary dentist, instead it’s like walking into a home. The staff is wonderful as well - all are so sweet and caring; you can tell how much they genuinely enjoy their careers and it shows in their care for their patients!

So glad we found this practice!! Each and every appointment we are met with very professional, friendly, patient staff and both of my boys actually look forward to their appointments! My youngest struggles with severe anxiety and cannot thank this staff enough for calming him and answering his questions! Would also like to share that this was our third orthodontist office to consult before committing to treatment and has been less invasive and was $8000 and $12,0000 cheaper than our previous 2 treatment plan quotes with shorter, less invasive treatment plans! Grateful to have found this practice and excellent care!

So far, so good! Walking into the consultation my 14 year old daughter was extremely nervous. Once we got there, the staff made her feel so welcome and at ease. They explain what they're going to do before doing it and continuously check on her throughout the process. She left the office super happy with her top set of braces on and is so excited for her journey to a straighter smile. :) The office itself is also welcoming and warm instead of stale and cold like most dental offices. I'm so happy with our decision to take our daughter to this office for her braces!

We absolutely love Rechtin Jacobs Orthodontics! It's a great experience from start to finish. They are through, have amazing communication, organized, and most importantly trustworthy. Their receptionist (she seems to do A LOT more than that so I'm not sure her exact title) is fabulous! My family and I cannot recommend them enough.
