From the time we walked in 2 1/2 years ago to yesterday, we have felt like part of the family. The staff and doctors are wonderful to work with. They made my son feel comfortable especially since he was VERY nervous about getting braces. They answered any and all questions. They presented the plan to give him the perfect smile and made it seem so easy. I recommend Hechler Orthodontics to ANYONE who would ask. Thank you so much!

We could not have been happier with our experience at Hechler Orthodontics. The Father Son Team of Dr. Steven and Dr. Paul is in a class all its own. They epitomized kindness, compassion, and competence. From the minute we walked into the office, we were greeted by a friendly staff who made us feel comfortable and welcome. My two children loved their experience, as did I. They were thorough, and explained every step in the process to achieving a beautiful smile. What a blessing it is to know my children are in the hands of the very best.

I had my braces taken off circa 2003 and had a permanent retainer on my bottom teeth for 20+ years. Unfortunately, its shelf life finally came to an end over July 4th weekend. I was anxious to get a replacement retainer and Hechler Orthodntics was able to get me in the Monday after July 4th weekend! They did a 3D rendition of my teeth and were able to get my replacement retainer made by Tuesday. I am so impressed with the staff and their turnaround time. I'm incredibly grateful for their efficiency and am glad I have a local orthodontist I can go to now for any future issues!

They are very caring and knowledgeable. We've been through orthodontics before which seemed very "plug & play" (and in the end, it did not go well. So here we are back again for round two of Orthodontics.) But Dr. Hechler was the 1st orthodontist who told us of all the nuances of moving teeth, what complications can arise as a result, and how to combat the effects. They have a state of the art practice, took us on a tour of the office first thing (they even have a movie room!), and made us feel very much at home. They made sure to educate me on everything. And I mean everything! I feel confident that my kid will receive EXCELLENT care here.

I saw Dr Hechler Sr when I was going through my orthodontics journey as a pre-teen. There is no other place I would take my daughter now. It's lovely to see dad and son working together at a practice that continues to enrich our community. I would recommend them 100 times over. You don't get better quality care, practice of the discipline, or genuine communication from anywhere else. We will always come to see Hechler.
