Dr. Crawford, in addition to being a skilled orthodontist, is also just a sweet person! She makes our orthodontist experience so comfortable and painless. We love her and appreciate what she has done for four of our family members that have had treatment through her! The entire staff is also amazing! They are always helpful and so friendly!! We highly recommend Dr. Crawford and her staff!

The worst experience. We are 4 1/2 years in with no closer to resolution. In fact, the gaps keep widening. With it connected with a dental clinic, I assumed they were also making regular cleaning appointments, like they were when I was attending appointments. When my daughter was older and attended appointments on her own, that never happened. My daughter did not receive a cleaning for over two years because they were not coordinating. Find a different provider!

We always looked forward to our appointments with Dr. Crawford and Paige! Dr. Crawford’s professionalism was top-notch, and always made us feel right at home with her,Paige was warm and made it so welcoming. Even though it was a bit of a drive from Cedar Rapids, it was absolutely worth it. The quality of care and attention we received made every visit a positive experience. We 100% recommend Dr. Crawford and the entire team at Corridor Orthodontics. Thank you all for your outstanding service and dedication.

Highly unreliable availability of Dr. Chris Stevenson . My son was recommended to have his teeth extracted in May 2025. Dr. Stevenson' office rescheduled his appointment 2 times during the summer saying the doctor is no longer available during those days. The entire summer vacation was gone. I called today to see if he can get an appointment . The earliest they say is October 29 th when he will have to miss school. The lady who answered the phone was least helpful and casually states - oh yeah we had to do that to a lot of patients .

We have been going to Family Orthodontics for 2yrs now- up until recently it was okay. I have 2 sons in braces. When I signed the agreement 🤝 for the braces cost, etc. I was told by Dr.Hull and Amanda, the front desk lady at the time, that if my sons' bracket/s falls off to call them and they would get me in within a couple days to get it fixed. Well fast forward to today, my oldest son who is 14yrs old was brushing his teeth last night and broke his first bracket- literally had his braces on for 2yrs now and this is the 1st time he accidentally had a bracket brake. This AM he stated it was now causing him some discomfort as it was digging into his gums/mouth. I called Family Orthodontics in WDSM and the soonest they could get him in is 2wks from now! I politely asked if him not being able to get in sooner would affect the alignment process of his teeth and also tried to explain that he was having some discomfort/pain but was rudely and snarkly told by the receptionist "I told you the times and dates we had available". I begrudgingly took the earliest appointment they had available which is 2wks out. I do NOT recommend going here if being seen in a timely manner and having a nice receptionist/scheduler help is a priority to you.
