Dr Wenger has been amazing! The accounting department has been a nightmare. I have called every time I set up an automatic payment and I was given the wrong amount 3 times now which then results in a delinquent notice, so I call, get the amount "Past due" set up a one time payment only to find out that it was wrong also! Again, once ok... but for the third time in 3 months it's just ridiculous!

Dr. Wenger and the team at CIO are fantastic! From the first consultation through final appointment, Dr. Wenger was professional and friendly. He took the time to explain every step, ensuring I felt comfortable and informed. They even took the time to follow up a few months after finishing to ensure everything was going well and I was still happy with the results. The Pleasant Hill office staff is welcoming and the environment is always clean and inviting. I couldn’t be happier with the results from Dr. Wenger’s work. If you’re looking for the best orthodontic care in the area, I highly recommend Dr. Wenger at CIO!

My son has been coming here for several months. The doctors are kind and patient, and so are the dental assistants. Anything we need, we are usually always able to get in that day. 10/10 I would definitely recommend.

They have been super easy to work with and had several different payment options. Dr. Wengar and all the Ortho Dental assistants have been kind and helpful towards my child. Very understanding also when we run into a problem. They have not shamed my child when a mistake has happened, which is very much appreciated. Very happy with our choice to have Central Iowa Orthodontics do our child's treatment.

Our son is just a few months into his braces and we’ve had a great experience. I also used central Iowa Ortho for my own Invisalign and it was amazing! I’m so glad I went through with it. Results were great!
