Iowa Orthodontic Solutions - Johnston

After mistreated and bullied by a dentist/orthodontist clinic in West Des Moines (searching online on law suit on implant will reveal which one is), I was welcomed by doctor Michael and his team in Johnstone. He is very nice, patient, knowledgeable and skillful. His team members are also very nice and warm. Also they provide free consultation to new patients, plus free of charge on making retainers for any patients who has any treatments done from them. I stronly recommend them to people out there who are seeking orthodontic treatments. You won't regret!

We have been very happy with our care here over the last year. The staff has been very friendly & knowledgeable. Dr. Michael Dubuc explains things well & wants the best possible outcome from my daughter’s brace. She will be done in the next 6 months & have a beautiful smile!

My daughter loves, loves, loves her orthodontist! They are always so fun and welcoming! I swear she loves going so much that she finds way to go sooner then her actual appointments we schedule 😂 truly can’t say enough good things about this place!

Parker is amazing! She showed every piece of equipment and explained everything that was going to take place step by step. Kept asking if there were any questions. We usually have Hannah, she stopped and said hi. We are so happy this is our office!

Dr. Michael and the staff at Orthodontic Solutions are passionate about their clients. When we started at the Johnston location, our son cycled through multiple doctors. But since Dr. Michael has been here, we couldn’t be more satisfied. Our daughter even started her treatment just this week. From the start, Hannah spoke our daughter language. She was so caring and upbeat that she felt instantly comfortable. Then we got to connect with TeRay. She continued to answer all of her questions in such a caring way. Through the entire consult, everything was clear and every question was answered. As luck would have it, she was able to start right away. I sat through her getting her top brackets on. Through the process they explained everything to make sure she was comfortable. And I got to talk to them about her older brother and it was clear to me that they knew him…. He wasn’t just another kid in their chair. They knew where he was in his treatment and could clearly explain what was left. Then, to top it off, Dr. Michael took time to call the next day to check on our daughter. She is the third child to be in braces and that has not happened before. All this to say, Orthodontic Solutions feels right for our family. We feel welcomed and valued. And I am very confident we are getting amazing care!
