The Dental Center

When our trusted long time dentist retired, I was so afraid we'd never find a comfortable fit again. He recommended your office and I have been so pleased with the caring and kind staff, across the board! I'm very slow moving, and they never make me feel like I'm a bother or have to hurry. Dr Jen and the techs make sure any procedure is painless and thoroughly explained. I would recommend this office to anyone!

Sitting in the Dental Center parking lot now and feeling so grateful for Dr. Brad and his team. I lost my job and insurance right as I was in need of a crown and they went above and beyond to get me in and have my crown made and put in in under a week while my insurance is still effective. And the crown feels perfect. I’ve been a patient here for decades and highly recommend. Every experience has been beyond gentle and kind.

Despite the high ratings, my experience at this office was very different. I gave this dental office multiple chances but ultimately decided to seek care elsewhere because I no longer felt confident in the treatment being provided. My concerns included non-transparent pricing and referrals to both a gum specialist and a root canal specialist that did not seem clearly justified or thoroughly explained. After a cavity filling at this office, I later required a root canal, which further impacted my trust in the quality of care. I was also switched from my chosen dentist to his daughter for Invisalign treatment and was never given the opportunity to return to my original provider. Additionally, several interactions with staff felt rude and dismissive, which made the overall experience even more disappointing. A fluoride varnish application also left a residue on my teeth for several days, which was unexpected and uncomfortable. To add to my frustration, I was informed that I would be charged to obtain my detailed dental records when transferring my care elsewhere. In my experience, the office appeared to prioritize revenue generation over patient-centered care and clear communication. Unfortunately, because of these concerns, I could no longer trust this practice with my dental care.

The Dental Center is nothing short of an amazing dental office! I have seen Dr. Brad Stovie for many years, and I cannot say enough about him, his assistant, Melissa, my hygienist, Ami, and everyone else in the CR and the Hiawatha offices! I would very highly recommend The Dental Center a million times over! Thank you so much to everyone for all that you do for me! 🤗

Dr. Stovie and his staff are wonderful. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I have been a patient 35 years and would never change. I have received excellent care and I love that I can request my hygienist. Melissa is amazing and makes going to the dentist fun!
