The Dental Center

Despite the high ratings, my experience at this office was very different. I gave this dental office multiple chances but ultimately decided to seek care elsewhere because I no longer felt confident in the treatment being provided. My concerns included non-transparent pricing and referrals to both a gum specialist and a root canal specialist that did not seem clearly justified or thoroughly explained. After a cavity filling at this office, I later required a root canal, which further impacted my trust in the quality of care. I was also switched from my chosen dentist to his daughter for Invisalign treatment and was never given the opportunity to return to my original provider. Additionally, several interactions with staff felt rude and dismissive, which made the overall experience even more disappointing. A fluoride varnish application also left a residue on my teeth for several days, which was unexpected and uncomfortable. To add to my frustration, I was informed that I would be charged to obtain my detailed dental records when transferring my care elsewhere. In my experience, the office appeared to prioritize revenue generation over patient-centered care and clear communication. Unfortunately, because of these concerns, I could no longer trust this practice with my dental care.

I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the kindness that Dr. Stovie and the staff here have shown me over the 15+ years I've been a patient. I have anxiety about going to the dentist, and everyone here has been patient and understanding. Thank you all.

Some of the staff are extremely rude. It is a great disappointment, considering I truly enjoyed the dentists and hygienist. I know they are highly rated. Do not be duped by the number of stars they average!

I had a regular cleaning appointment, and received so much more than just what I was there for! First of all my hygienist gave me so much good advice on caring for my teeth in an even better way than I am now. She suggested a product and went so far as to write it down and put it by my purse for me so I wouldn’t forget what it was. I had questions regarding a medication that I take. Dr Chris sat and talked with me, explained his thoughts in great detail, answered all my questions, and he also wrote information down for me so I could do research for myself, and talk with my MD. I left there feeling that my whole health mattered to them, not just my teeth. I highly recommend The Dental Center!

Sitting in the Dental Center parking lot now and feeling so grateful for Dr. Brad and his team. I lost my job and insurance right as I was in need of a crown and they went above and beyond to get me in and have my crown made and put in in under a week while my insurance is still effective. And the crown feels perfect. I’ve been a patient here for decades and highly recommend. Every experience has been beyond gentle and kind.
