Super nice people. My daughter has braces but isn't their client. Her rubber bands broke but this office gave her free ones because her normal orthodontist wasn't accessible at the time.

Dr. Novak is great! He applied my braces as a teenager and now my children's braces. Staff is friendly and informative.

All of the staff are professional, kind, and knowledgeable. Dr. Ray is not only excellent at what she does, but she also takes the time to clearly explain the process and treatment plan using multiple approaches (discussion, visual aids, and dental models) so it’s easy to understand at any level. The team made sure we were comfortable with any at-home care by having us do return demonstrations (such as advancing the expander and attaching headgear), which was incredibly helpful. This approach really helped my 11-year-old understand why things like brushing, headgear, and retainers matter, and it helped us both know what to expect during her first phase of treatment. My daughter’s teeth look amazing! Highly recommend and would give more than 5 stars if that were an option.

I saw Dr. Allison Ray after finishing braces at another office because I was still concerned about my bite, uneven teeth, and visible gaps that had been left behind. My dentist recommended Dr. Ray, and I’m so glad they did. From the start, Dr. Ray truly listened to my concerns. She acknowledged the issues I was seeing and explained what she could realistically improve—she didn’t overpromise, which I appreciated. Well, she should have! She widened my smile, completely leveled my teeth, and honestly exceeded all of my expectations. Her attention to detail made all the difference, and I finally love my smile—thanks to her exceptional work!
