We just finished our orthodontic journey with Pritchett Orthodontics today, and I truly can’t say enough good things. My daughter got her braces on at just 10 years old, and from day one today, the day they came off, the entire experience has been amazing. The staff is always welcoming, kind, and incredibly patient, every single one of them. Every appointment was organized, efficient, and positive. They took the time to explain everything clearly, and we always felt confident and cared for. Watching my daughter’s smile transform over the years has been such a gift, and today seeing her braces come off was such a special moment. Her smile is absolutely beautiful, and we are so grateful for the care and expertise of the entire team. If you’re looking for an orthodontist who truly cares about their patients and makes the whole process smooth and enjoyable, I highly recommend Pritchett Orthodontics. We are beyond thankful!

This was a terrible experience. Dr Pritchett is not here for your teeth, but for your money. I spent 6 years in braces and after 4 I realized I was not getting the care I needed. I asked to have a meeting with Dr Pritchett and it was very clear he did not care what I had to say. He SHAVED down my teeth multiple times. On my last appointment I was finally satisfied enough to get my braces taken off. I hadn’t seen him for months due to his unprofessionalism and instead would be seen by Cora or Brookie. They were so nice and after so long, finally had my teeth looking amazing!! At my last appointment one week before getting my braces off he came to check my teeth and again SHAVED a large gap in between my teeth in the front a week before getting my braces off. My gums were bleeding and there was now a large gap in my teeth. and I asked him why he did that since I was satisfied. He replied with “well you won’t get them off until you’re satisfied” and then walked away. I decided I still wanted my braces off and would take my business elsewhere after 6 long years. (It just wasn’t worth it anymore) I believe this man just wants money money money and making sure his hair looks good instead of actually having good service. Please if you go anywhere for braces DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I had such a great experience at Pritchett Orthodontics! From the moment I walked in, the office felt warm and welcoming. The staff was friendly, professional, and always made sure I was comfortable during every visit. They explained every step of my treatment clearly, and I could tell they truly cared about my progress. My results turned out even better than I expected, and I’m so happy with my smile. The staff and Dr. John are amazing!

My daughter and I have been patients since 2024. The staff are always smiling and helpful. Dr. John is very knowledgeable and is always open to hear my feedback about the process so far. 10/10 would recommend. Don’t forget to smile!
