As an adult dealing with frustrating TMJ issues, I was so relieved to find an orthodontic office that truly listens. They got me in quickly, which meant everything when I was uncomfortable and looking for answers. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, caring, and incredibly attentive. The doctor took the time to thoroughly evaluate what was going on and focused on getting to the root of the problem instead of just recommending a face full of appliances. I never felt rushed or pressured—just genuinely cared for. If you’re considering ortho and want thoughtful, patient-centered care, I can’t recommend this office enough.

We’ve had an excellent experience with OMI over the last few years! My daughter is in LOVE with her smile. When our family faced hardship they were understanding and worked with us. She recently had her retainer run over and they had her in next day with a new one. The staff and Doctor’s are top tier!

Receptionist is very rude when trying to talk to her about anything in general appointments, misunderstandings with appointments etc. Other then that the staff there seems friendly but hard to get ahold of at times and appointments are about a month out if missed. Michelle is wonderful! Quick to fix anything and great communication skills. Thank you so much for the communication & quick to fix the issue. Very generous and great customer service skills!
