Our first visit to this office went very well. We were treated as guests rather than as customers. They have also modeled their offices to feel very homey with thoughtful interior design. That is a nice touch for helping ease patient's anxieties about dental procedures!! We felt as though everything was explained to us in a way that didn't sound read directly from a textbook. The time spent almost made us forget that we were in a dental office! They were very personable and genuine. We are looking forward to starting the journey with these great people!

Honestly, I don’t think I’ve ever visited any establishment that was as nice and welcoming as OMI was. Literally every staff member was so friendly. They took great care of my daughter (and her emotional support stuffed animal). They walked us through the whole process, in a clear but not demeaning, way. I would definitely recommend them 10/10.

OMI is a great place. Dr. Johnson is fantastic and the kids love him. Everyone there has been awesome and so helpful on our braces journey for my 2 girls and will be also for my son. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for an orthodontist.

Receptionist is very rude when trying to talk to her about anything in general appointments, misunderstandings with appointments etc. Other then that the staff there seems friendly but hard to get ahold of at times and appointments are about a month out if missed. Michelle is wonderful! Quick to fix anything and great communication skills. Thank you so much for the communication & quick to fix the issue. Very generous and great customer service skills!

I love this group! I have been to other local orthodontist offices and by far this group is awesome! Dr. Johnson is so kind, smart & takes his time with each patients individual needs!
