Family Dentistry & Aesthetics

Wow! That is really the only word I can think of to describe my experience with Family Dentistry. I had a situation with a broken molar, which would eventually result in a crown (today). It happened on a Sunday and while my schedule was horrible, they worked with me and got me in on that Tuesday, which I thought was amazing! From that first phone call a few weeks ago through the entire process including today, I have been treated better by everyone in that office than any place I can remember. They are kind, helpful, and efficient. From initial phone call to front desk, to assistants, to my (now) dentist, to checkout and billing...just wow! And I say this as one who since I was a child have been, well...terrified of the dentist. A real phobia kind of fear. Due to my past bad experiences, this review is for SURE the first one I've ever given a dentist office. So a big deal! I really need to give a special shout out to Dr. Zolnik and her assistant, Sarah. They are amazing and I SO appreciate them! The two literally made me feel at ease immediately, were very kind and genuinely cared about me and listened and responded to my concerns and fears.They are just so kind! And SO professional! That kind of personal attention along with the excellent professional care, the excellent work completed (my crown is perfect), and their attention to detail, all left me completely at ease about everything. I'm not kidding, I don't fear going back! That's saying something for me! So thank you, thank you, thank you! I look forward to one day here soon being back to work on making my smile something I actually like for perhaps the first time in my entire life. You can trust them completely... I do! The staff is always friendly and cheerful. I received excellent care from Mary, my hygienist, who explained everything very well as well as being very personable. I received excellent care from Dr. Gilbert who was very professional and thorough with his examination. He, also, is very personable. I have complete trust in this dental office in taking care of my dental needs.

I had chipped a tooth and was in pain. Family Dentistry was able to get me in right away and repair the tooth. I am very grateful for thier consideration and timely treatment. Great people and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great experience in dental care.

From intake to my cleaning to the excellent Dentist, I'll definitely be returning. My search for s good dentist and dentist office is over! I was seen by with Terry, Lexie, and Dr. Gilbert. They are professional, courteous, and are excellent with patient care. A good model for how dentist's office should be!

I'm so glad I decided a few years ago to switch to this office they are so nice and friendly. I have anxiety and they do such a great job working with me with that. I just love my new hygienist. And I saw a new dentist Dr buss now that Dr teel has retired good for him I just wish I could have seen him before but I wish him nothing but the best. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone the staff is so friendly from the time you walk in to the time you walk out .
