Druley Dental

Dr Druley is one of the most caring practitioners I have gone to. She is very knowledgeable in her practice, and does an incredible job of providing all the available options while still detailing the risks, prices, and potential payoffs. She fit me in twice in one day when I was dealing with excruciating pain in one of my teeth. The first time, she believed she might be able to resolve it by adjusting a filling, but when I called back with no improvement, she immediately got me back in, numbed the intense pain, and took x-rays to discover a rare issue with the tooth decaying internally. She provided every option at her disposal to get me immediate pain relief, and I opted to have her just remove the tooth then and there. She and her assistant stayed several hours past closing to get everything taken care of for me, and she took the time to apologize for not getting the correct diagnosis earlier in the day. The way I see it- no doctor will ever be correct 100% of the time, especially when diagnosing conditions they don't see often. It is far more important to me that they listen to ongoing input from the patient, admit when they are wrong, and ask for help when they need it. I've had enough bizarre medical issues to know that the less concerned a practitioner is with being "right", the faster they will get you the correct treatment. Dr Druley is phenomenal at exploring all possible options to find what will work.

Dr. Druley and the assistant I saw were both so knowledgeable and answered every question I had very thoroughly. I have had bad experiences with previous dentists, and I feel so relieved to go to her. I feel 100%+ confident in her work and even when I saw her 15+ years ago I can always sense her honesty when it comes to needing work done. I've been to so many dentists and she is the best

Firstly, let me state that I typically do not leave reviews but feel in this case that dental patients looking for a dentist should know what they may be getting themselves into before selecting this dental office. Our previous family dentist served our family well for over two decades but decided to retire. Dr. Druley was one they recommended so we thought we would give her a try. Secondly and to start this review on a good note, the Druley team provided good care to our family. Thirdly, the after-care is what I want you to be mindful of. Prior to scheduling any appointment, please make sure you understand the charges you will receive from Druley Dental. If you have dental insurance, please find out if they are in-network or out-of-network. Trust me, it is prudent on your part to understand the financial implications of what you are agreeing to prior to receiving care from Druley Dental. It will make a huge difference in what you will owe after insurance pays their portion of the service. For example, I required a few resin fillings which ended up costing almost three times what my previous dentist charged. I felt like I was being gouged, so I decided to call Dr. Druley to discuss what I felt was well above normal and customary charges. The discussion did not go well and she stated that we owed the entire amount. There was no negotiation to consider normal and customary charges. I DO NOT recommend Druley Dental due to their gross overcharges and inflexibility. Please know what you are getting into before accepting any type of care from them.

Druley dental is amazing. Dr Druley is very good and very accommodating. Her and her staff do everything to make you feel at ease and that they are there for you. I've had nothing but the best care while going there. I've recommended her to all my family and friends. If you want great care and service...I highly recommend Druley Dental!!!

I can’t say enough about Dr Druley. She gave me braces and made my teeth look amazing. She never once made me feel bad about the condition of my teeth, but was always encouraging and got excited to see how great they turned out. Her dental assistant, and hygienist are wonderful too! I had several fillings done, and never felt a thing, and she even called the next day after each procedure to check to see how I was doing. The prices are some of the best around. Definitely deserves 5 stars!
