We have been with this orthodontist for all three of our kids. The service is exceptional in all the ways. From the doctor, to each staff person. We found the orthodontic care that was the most reasonable financially and reasonable approach to getting the desired outcome. I would highly recommend coming here for at least a consultation. Then you’ll see what I’m saying. Dr. Cottingham found the quickest least invasive approach to care. You won’t find that just anywhere.

Dr. Karen Cottingham and her team are amazing! From start to finish, they made my braces experience easy and comfortable. Everyone in the office is friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about their patients. Dr. Cottingham explained everything clearly and always made sure I was happy with my progress. I’m so pleased with my results and finally love my smile—highly recommend her to anyone considering braces!

I would recommend anyone who might need or is looking for an orthodontist to come to Dr. Cottingham. Everything was smooth and stress free. I got emergency appointments with no difficulty and got along great with all the staff in both offices. She was very sweet at every visit and addressed all of my concerns! I am very happy with my results and the process was smooth!

I am so happy with my smile! I was nervous about getting braces as an adult, but Dr. Cottingham always made me feel comfortable. She never brushed off my concerns and always took her time to explain things and answer questions. The whole staff is wonderful too — everyone is so knowledgeable, welcoming, and friendly, which made every visit such a positive experience. I’m thrilled with my results and certainly feel confident bringing my daughter here for her treatment as well!

Always pleasant while providing all the information you need to ensure you understand home instructions. They meet patients at their level, whether adult, teenager, or school-aged.
