I usually don’t have a positive experience with orthodontists, but after using this one for over two years, I can highly recommend them. First and foremost, I want to express my gratitude to Dr. Pakravan and his exceptional team. As an adult, I was seeking orthodontic treatment to address my mouth gaps. From scheduling appointments to the process of getting braces on, everything was seamless and hassle-free. Dr. Pakravan and his team took the time to explain my treatment plan in real-life terms, ensuring that I had clear expectations. They also utilized modern technology and provided me with a realistic preview of the final outcome. The front desk team was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making it easy to reschedule appointments or provide any necessary information.

If you’re going to get braces in your 40s you could do worse than Windy City Orthodontics. Dr. Pakravan is very good. He has a warm demeanor and a depth of knowledge I appreciate. His techs are equally kind and exceptionally skilled and professional. His front desk ladies have a keen attention to detail that represents the office as a whole well. I’ve never had a bad visit and I’ve been a frequent flyer of sorts.

Dr. Darren Pakravan at Windy City Orthodontics is exceptional. After a softball injury displaced our 17-year-old daughter’s front tooth, Dr. Pakravan dropped everything and came into his practice on a Friday evening after 7p to help. In what could have been a very stressful situation, his calm demeanor immediately put us at ease. He took a thoughtful, detailed approach to care, clearly explaining each step and ensuring we understood the path forward. Just as important, he coordinated directly with our dentist (in real time) and created a comprehensive action plan that not only addressed the injury but helped preserve her smile and confidence during a difficult moment. We are incredibly grateful for his responsiveness, professionalism, and genuine care. Highly recommend.
