He took the time to explain everything in detail as he worked, making sure I understood what he was doing and why. I never felt rushed, and I appreciated how thorough and informative he was throughout the visit. The entire team was welcoming, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. I absolutely love coming to the dentist. Yep, I said it! Dr Van Fossen and my INCREDIBLE hygienist Sue (who is the kindest and gentlest hygienist I have ever had ) truly make what could be a daunting or painful experience that is "going to the dentist" delightful. I've been going to Dr Van Fossen for 6 years now and I couldn't recommend this office more to anyone looking for a place to go. Especially with all of these new boutique dental offices popping up on every corner - I trust Chicago Dental 312, and will make the trip downtown every single time just to know i'm in good hands. :')
