They need to do their job more accurately and quickly. Last time, I was out of Hawaii, so we agreed to have our next appointment via Zoom, but they didn't even know my phone number and kept asking for it. This has happened before. I recommend understanding what the patient says and taking notes.

I did a full Invisalign treatment with Dr. Won and her team. I was mostly seen in Mililani, but I also went to Kapolei as well. They are all absolutely wonderful and I am so pleased with my outcome. It was a family environment, as well as clean and professional. Thank you all so much for treating me with such kindness and care.

I went to this hospital in a hurry because my orthodontic retainer fell off while I was traveling. They were so kind and took good care of me, and I felt at ease because they were Korean. I was worried because even the first visit is so expensive in the US, and orthodontic treatment isn't covered by travel insurance, but they gave me emergency treatment and told me to go to the dentist in Korea for a checkup, but they just gave me the service. ㅠㅠ This is an orthodontic specialty hospital that I am so grateful for.
