I have been a patient for years, but I was extremely disappointed with the wait time during my recent visit for my daughter’s procedure. We arrived at 2:45 PM for a 3P appt and was not called back until after 4:00 PM, over an hour of waiting. During that entire time, no one checked in with me, provided an update, or acknowledged the extended delay. Of course, I went to ask and Ms. Cindy stepped away and returned to advise they were running behind schedule. I understand that appointments can sometimes run behind, but the lack of communication and basic courtesy made the experience especially frustrating. Even a simple update or apology would have gone a long way. I hope the office will improve its communication with patients when delays occur. Patients’ time should be respected just as patients are expected to communicate delays and missed appointments.

Very good. Happy nice people that take great care. My filling was fixed and the cleaning was no pain. They teach you good things to help you.

Lack of Transparency and Unethical Billing Practices I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and ethics at this office. I scheduled an appointment specifically because I was in pain and my bite felt off after having three temporary teeth placed by a previous provider. I was very clear during the booking process that I was seeking a second opinion and corrective work for treatment started elsewhere. Despite this disclosure, the office failed to mention their policy—that they do not adjust or correct another provider's work—until after I had arrived, underwent new X-rays, and was charged $125. Key issues with this visit: • Withholding Policy: The receptionist was fully aware of my situation when I booked. If the office policy is to decline corrective work from other providers, I should have been informed immediately, rather than being allowed to come in and pay for a useless consultation. • Redundant Imaging: I already had 3D, periapical, and panoramic X-rays from 3/4/26. The office insisted on taking their own, only to tell me moments later that they couldn't help me. • Lack of Compassion: I arrived in pain and left in pain, out $125 that could have gone toward the travel costs required to see my original dentist. To be told, "This is not my office," after taking my money is insulting. If the staff is not trained to communicate office policies during scheduling, they are effectively scamming patients. Dr. Udunka may be the provider, but the administrative side of this practice is severely lacking in morals and basic customer service.

Dr. Franklin and the rest of the staff are so polite and knowledgeable. They explained everything that I wanted to know about my cleanings and then some. And the girls up front always make sure everything is up to date and explains all of the insurance questions I have. The other thing I truely enjoy, THE BEST PRICES I HAVE EVER SEEN! I’ve been to several dentists and everyone gouges you. Not Vivid Smiles. They will have my families business for a long time!

I visited Vivid Smile Dental Center today for my first appointment, and I was highly impressed with the professionalism of the entire staff. I felt comfortable during my routine examination with Dr. Edmond M. Franklin, DDS. The X-ray technician and the hygienists who provided me with a dental cleaning plan were also excellent members of Dr. Franklin's team. Thank you for a great visit! I know I'm in good hands. - Dr. F.
