Our family has had a great experience with the staff. Dr. Cox recommended a solution to correct overcrowding of teeth for a family member that turned out excellent and as expected. I highly recommend them.

I now see why there are tons of great reviews on this practice when we have had 2 good appointments in the last 10 months. I thought *I can’t possibly be the only one who’s had a subpar experience* amongst all the glowing reviews. Now I see why… when I gave low scores and feedback it only sent Feedback to the practice. When I selected a high score this time it “automatically posted publicly across Google.” Interesting. Well I think someone read my feedback from last time specifically stating that they needed make sure to put a note in our record about our previous experiences, and give us the best they had at this next appointment. They did just that. They took us back immediately, the technician was excellent, Dr Cox was ready and waiting. The tech was gentle and patient and took more time than needed to work with my daughter who at this point has a low threshold when we go there. They explained everything and made her feel comfortable. We got this tech’s name and will be requesting her from here on.

I appreciate Dr. Cox addressing any concerns and questions I had. His staff is always extremely friendly and professional. The text reminders up to one hour before your appointment are greatly appreciated!!!!

I have always had a fantastic experience with The Brookhaven Orthodontists Practice, for my 2 teenagers and myself. Happy with the results and pricing. The staff is wonderful and always seem to go above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Very happy to recommend.

Dr. Cox is amazing! He is so witty, wise, and you can tell he loves people. It is easy to get an appointment that fits your schedule. It feels like family.
