I saw previous one star reviews because this business does not Answer their phone. I thought surely this can’t be. However, it is indeed true. They do not answer the phone. The website says “do not just show up” however this is probably the only way you’re going to get in touch with them.

I was a previous patient about 2 years ago and my experience was ok with minor complaints. However, my sister is currently a patient with a horrible experience. 1. They do NOT answer the phone (avoids calls and do not call back) 2. Unprofessional, NOT friendly & no customer service skills 3. You have to pay $30 to obtain your records, which is very ridiculous when you cant even answer the phone 4. I couldn't even speak with the office manager since she is out. I couldn't leave a message or even obtain her email. At this point we do not want to speak with her. We were encouraged to close the account by someone at the front for some strange reason. These people are not personable what so ever.

Cheap but you get what you pay for, No Customer Service, No professional, no answering phone callings. Very toxic environment!! Please go spend where you be treated with love! Again sept 2nd 2025 I called 10 times still wasn’t able to get a phone call back nor did anyone pick up in first place worst customer service ever they are hiring anybody to play in yall mouth and face trust I know from experience. All I want to do schedule appointment to get my braces off

This place is out of business now. They didn't even tell their clients and now I have a emergency and they haven't answered the phone in two weeks or called back

Overall, I had a great experience in the two years I wore braces and my daughter currently has braces here. The staff and doctors have been great and the price was fair compared to a couple of other places I initially tried. Not quite sure what the other reviewers are talking about. I have referred a few of my friends and they feel the same way I do.
