Extremely frustrating experience. I scheduled an oral surgery consultation for my 5-year-old daughter two weeks in advance and provided all of the required information, including her insurance and referral details. After taking unpaid time off work and driving to the appointment, I was told that this location doesn't accept her insurance and that the oral surgeon doesn't see children under 12. If they had all of this information when I scheduled the appointment, why was I booked there in the first place? It was already difficult to make the appointment because I was repeatedly transferred between locations. Then, when we arrived, they also claimed they never received the referral from the general dentist. No one called beforehand to verify the insurance, referral, or even confirm my daughter was eligible to be seen. This entire situation could have been avoided with better communication and organization. Instead, they wasted my time, gas, and unpaid time off work for an appointment that should never have been scheduled.

I've gone to this office for pretty much my entire life and I don't think I've ever had my appointment on time. Appointment at 10:00 completed paperwork by around 9:45, still haven't been seen and it's 10:50. This is a consistent recurring issue that needs to be addressed. If patient volume is too high than please just schedule less patients or find a better way to see patients without affecting the quality of care. This us ridiculous. In no industry would you be taken seriously if you delay an appointment/meeting by almost an hour.

I have insurance through my job so first of all, brownie points on it just being a little over $100 for a deep gingivitis cleaning. No cavities, Yay! To start off, I have Autism and a Panic Disorder, and I was pleasantly surprised. No one spoke down to me, everyone was very kind and helpful and over explained what they were doing to make me feel heard. Then when my cleaning came, my teeth are sensitive so I felt some pain. They gave me numbing stuffs and then when I expressed upset , they gave me room to breath. They also had another assistant come in an hold my hand and help remind me to breathe. No one got mad at me for crying and no one was upset with me for needing a helping hand. Remember, it is okay to have extra support needs. Good service, Good Staff, I was in at 11:30 and out at 1:10 as a new patient. I would say that is record times. I highly recommend.

Young entilted manager informed me .y sons insurance has ended. I said ok ill pay cash regardless and let her know i wpuld make a call to check but still make the appointment she assumed i wanted her to wait until i was done after 1 hour pasted i asked whybhavent we been called she informed me that she was waiting to see what i would like to do even though i said i wpuld pay cash regardles. She started to get passively rude in a calm agressove way and start pointing out that i slammed money on the counter i did throw it but not slam. Slam is a pretty big thing the office would have turn if i slammed the funds which was not the case as a manager you wanna deescalade situation not make it worse and add fuel to the fire. Every time I come here, there's billing issues where there's a front desk person who acts like they own the actual dental office or if they have a degree to do their job in the front, not even close!!!! So with that being said not coming back after this visit for my son whos tpoth was hurting and she could care less. Your there to do a job yes there will be people with additude thats part of business her acting as if i was an issue was childish i recommend putting somebody with a little more experiance in charge shes a 0 out of 0 for service. And has a pretty bad additude no a happy customer which should be the goal!!!!! Not her acting vengeful inregards to my fustration mind you my sons tooth hurts and she made it clear her feelungs mattered more cause she was ready to ask me to leave for simply asking questions about her lack of service. Hear shes the manager like wow un acceptable her names Gisselle horrible

I hate to write this, but Greenberg Dental has changed a lot in recent years. The changes are not very encouraging: - not all branches work with all insurances, - it’s very difficult to make an appointment by phone, the answering machine promises to call you back within 24 hours, that is, sit and wait a day, why not right away? It is also impossible to make an appointment during the visit; offer to call using the same procedure, - preliminary x-ray of both jaws for $350, even if one tooth hurts, three years ago x-rays cost 10 times less, - for the second time in a row, caries treatment requires expensive nerve removal; Previously, they simply changed the filling due to insurance, As a result, the general situation has changed greatly for the worse; if this is progress, it is negative. And so - everything is fine, the staff is friendly, the service is excellent, parking is convenient.
