Advanced Dental Care of Temple Terrace

Everyone in the office is so pleasant and greets you with a smile from the moment you walk in. The customer service is truly excellent, and the staff makes you feel comfortable and welcomed throughout your visit. My dental hygienist, Elaine, is the absolute best! She is gentle, thorough, and genuinely cares about her patients. She always makes the experience a positive one. Highly recommend Advanced Dental Care of Temple Terrace!

This place used to be great, but the quality of service, care, and communication has gone downhill over the years. Care used to feel more personalized, but in most recent visits it is evident that patients are just a number. My hygienist is the only reason I stayed as long as i did, but unfortunately finding a new provider and establishing care elsewhere was a better option for me than staying at a place where they're never happy to see you and don't appreciate your business.

As someone with dental anxiety, I highly recommend Dr. Nelson! She is fantastic. Dr. Nelson is warm, welcoming, and does a great job of explaining procedures as she goes and checks in with you to see how you're doing or if you need breaks. So glad I found her!

I would give a zero for the office but only gave it a high rating because of Elaine. Elaine is amazing. My teeth and gums are healthy because of her! Sadly the office staff and manager has declined greatly over the years. Don’t bother to complain, the manager doesn't care. I tried! If she ever leaves they will go eventually go under!

Everyone at the office was top-notch with great service. Dr. Noerenberg Was so very thorough about getting to the root cause of my problem with my tooth. Jose, was also terrific. Highly recommend the office.
