Dr. Munro and his entire staff were incredible. They were able to see me for an emergency visit even though they didn’t have to, and they treated me with so much kindness and care. From the moment I arrived, everyone was professional, compassionate, and reassuring during a stressful situation. Dr. Munro took the time to make sure I was comfortable and understood what was happening. I’m extremely grateful for their willingness to help me when I needed it most. Highly recommend Dr. Munro and his wonderful team.

Very happy with the my cleaning. Recently h they changed the fluoride they use. Now can eat after 15 mins, not 30 mins and teeth feel very pearly smooth.

What a terrible first impression!! I messaged to get information on the special they are running for veneers and this is how I was treated when I simply asked if they had an IG account in English! I do not speak Spanish but I AM MEXICAN! Their IG was mostly in Spanish.

I dont know anyone who likes going to the dentist, especially me. But when I'm forced to, Smile Design Downtown is the place to go. Everyone there has always been super friendly and welcoming. And they do it all without judgment, just tailored next steps to a healthy smile. Thanks again Smile Design for another easy visit.
