Great staff. Very attentive and easy to work with. They referred me out for additional treatment, made the appointment, and clearly explained everything each step of the way. I also needed an emergency visit for a lost band and they were able to get me in very quickly.

I had a great experience at Dietrich and Kelso Orthodontics. The office is beautiful, very clean, and extremely well organized. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive. The level of detail and care they provide is truly impressive. Everyone took the time to explain things clearly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the visit. I also had the opportunity to meet the doctor, which made the experience feel even more personal and reassuring. You can tell they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their patients. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, attentive, and high-quality orthodontic practice.

Let me tell you about my experience with Dietrich & Kelso Orthodontics — from the very first consultation, it felt like I was visiting family. I never once felt uncomfortable or pressured into making any decisions. Every single question and concern I had was answered in a professional, clear, and easy-to-understand way. From the welcoming receptionist, to the attentive office manager, to the angel-handed technicians and the incredible doctor — every member of the team is caring, patient, and truly dedicated to their work. What impressed me the most was how comfortable they made the entire process. I genuinely never felt pain, and I always felt supported and informed. Their kindness and professionalism go above and beyond. I am beyond happy with my experience and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for orthodontic care. If I could give them 10 out of 5 stars, I absolutely would!

Yami, Maggie, and Amanda are the best people they are so kind and professional and the doctors are super nice about treatment plan and I would not pick a different orthodontist
