Let me tell you about my experience with Dietrich & Kelso Orthodontics — from the very first consultation, it felt like I was visiting family. I never once felt uncomfortable or pressured into making any decisions. Every single question and concern I had was answered in a professional, clear, and easy-to-understand way. From the welcoming receptionist, to the attentive office manager, to the angel-handed technicians and the incredible doctor — every member of the team is caring, patient, and truly dedicated to their work. What impressed me the most was how comfortable they made the entire process. I genuinely never felt pain, and I always felt supported and informed. Their kindness and professionalism go above and beyond. I am beyond happy with my experience and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for orthodontic care. If I could give them 10 out of 5 stars, I absolutely would!

We love Dietrich Kelso. The staff is amazing. Everyone has made my son feel so comfortable with the process of getting braces. He especially loves getting to play some arcade games while he waits. And they have magically convinced him to be really good about brushing his teeth. Highly recommend.

Yami, Maggie, and Amanda are the best people they are so kind and professional and the doctors are super nice about treatment plan and I would not pick a different orthodontist

Just took my daughter in for a consultation. Going in we knew she needed braces . The facility is new and very clean . The receptionist was amazing so was lady who went through payment options. The doctor was thorough and polite and very professional. My daughter Lexi was very happy with everyone. The dental assistants were amazing as well . My daughter felt comfortable from the beginning to the end and so did I. We could not have had a better experience.

Fantastic, everyone was so nice and straight forward. Very professional and not pushy, but informative. Great with kids!
