I had an excellent experience at Good Smiles Dentistry in Tallahassee! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. A special thank you to the Doctors, who was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. It’s obvious that they truly cares about their patients and their comfort. I also want to recognize Carmen Fillingame, the Dental Hygenist, who cleaned my teeth. She did an amazing job! She was gentle, thorough, and made the entire cleaning process comfortable and stress-free. My teeth have never felt so clean! I have awful dental anxiety and walking into that office was terrible. Then I met everyone. They were so nice from the start. Im a new patient with no insurance, and they had me in and seen within 10 minutes of waiting. Then Bebe came in. It was like talking to my friend. She made me feel super comfortable, even checking to see if the music was okay for me. She was 10/10 responsible for me not freaking out. Dr. Roane took care of my actual exam and was super thorough and really kind. He understood my fear and was amazing. I thought there was no way I could feel excited to go back but they made it where Im not afraid to handle my dental stuff and it even cost less than I thought it would. I couldnt recommend them enough, I couldn't thank Bebe enough. Best experience Ive ever had with a dentist

My experience at GoodSmiles with Michelle R. is always phenomenal. She is hands down the most thorough and caring hygienist I’ve ever had. She is friendly, funny, and caring. She makes an otherwise unpleasant experience not so bad. Eileen is equally wonderful. She is friendly, efficient, and professional. Together they make such a great team; you can tell they truly care about their patients and love what they do. I always leave feeling well cared for and confident my smile is in the best hands.

I usually have a severe gag reflex during X-rays, but Pam was so quick and effective that I did not gag at all—a first for me! ​The combination of professionalism, friendliness, and high-quality, considerate care from Terry and Pam made this my best dental visit yet. I’ve been coming to Good Smiles for over 3 years, and they’ve always taken great care of me. Dr. Roane is amazing, he’s patient, gentle, and makes sure I feel comfortable every time. Yesterday was my first time meeting his assistant, Bebe, and she was just as wonderful! I had to go in yesterday to get a filling on my front tooth and they took care of everything in one visit. The whole process was smooth and painless, and the results look great. I also come here every 6 months for cleanings, and I always leave feeling taken care of. I must also say that the staff is friendly, professional, and truly makes going to the dentist a good experience. I Highly recommend Good Smiles to anyone looking for a trustworthy and kind dental team 🦷✨
