GoodSmiles Dental Care

My family has been going to GoodSmiles for years. The staff is amazing and so friendly. My x-rays were so easy with BJ. My hygienist, Cameron, is the best! I ask for her by name every visit. Met the new dentist, Dr. Van, and he was wonderful. Amber checking me out was so nice too. GoodSmiles truly puts a smile on my face.

These people are phenomenal and exquisite healthcare professionals! I am disabled and throughout the whole process, they made me feel at home and relaxed. Working with Dr. Roane was a pleasure and his assistant Bebe, Joanna, and the receptionist Jess all made my experience seamless! Shayla recently helped me make another appointment and it was so easy, no hassle or waiting times. I also have a future appointment with Dr. Good! I am beyond excited to continue working with these beautiful people.

I seen Dr. Roane who listened to my concerns and showed genuine compassion! I have been to many dental practices in town and this is by far the best experience I have had!! Dr. Roane took the time to listen to my concerns, answer my questions, and provide excellent care. The office was clean, organized, and the entire visit was efficient without feeling rushed. I truly appreciate the compassion and attention I received and would highly recommend Dr. Roane and the entire team to anyone looking for quality healthcare.

We left Goodsmiles for good reason. It's incredibly difficult to get an appointment there or even change one. They told us to use their texting system which we did. Tried to schedule an appointment April 8th last year and they responded on April 30th. Other issues was a cracked tooth try fixed lasted only a couple of months. They were very hard to get in touch with to change a cleaning to an actual tooth issue: we left voicemail, emails, and texts and they did not respond. A third time we called for another appointment and spoke to the front desk who said the person who makes appointments was not there and they would call is on Monday... we didn't hear back for a week and had to text again. Add to that a year later (after switching dentists) we received a call that stated we owed $25 or so but a text that said we owed $119. We paid $119 via text but were charged twice. Called and finance department said we were charged only once. I had to prove to them from an email from out credit card that we were charged twice. They finally looked and found it. When I went back into the account it still said we owe $119 So if you go here...stay on top of things! You'll be doing more work than the staff! Lol
