GoodSmiles Dental Care

We left Goodsmiles for good reason. It's incredibly difficult to get an appointment there or even change one. They told us to use their texting system which we did. Tried to schedule an appointment April 8th last year and they responded on April 30th. Other issues was a cracked tooth try fixed lasted only a couple of months. They were very hard to get in touch with to change a cleaning to an actual tooth issue: we left voicemail, emails, and texts and they did not respond. A third time we called for another appointment and spoke to the front desk who said the person who makes appointments was not there and they would call is on Monday... we didn't hear back for a week and had to text again. Add to that a year later (after switching dentists) we received a call that stated we owed $25 or so but a text that said we owed $119. We paid $119 via text but were charged twice. Called and finance department said we were charged only once. I had to prove to them from an email from out credit card that we were charged twice. They finally looked and found it. When I went back into the account it still said we owe $119 So if you go here...stay on top of things! You'll be doing more work than the staff! Lol

My family has been going to GoodSmiles for years. The staff is amazing and so friendly. My x-rays were so easy with BJ. My hygienist, Cameron, is the best! I ask for her by name every visit. Met the new dentist, Dr. Van, and he was wonderful. Amber checking me out was so nice too. GoodSmiles truly puts a smile on my face.

I saw the reviews and thought I could trust them with my root canal, but sadly I was wrong. They conduct my procedure a couple months ago, I went twice and had two different doctors working over each other. Now months later I am being told that whoever conducted my procedure has complete a pretty sloppy job. Then on top of that immediately after the procedure I stated that I was still in pain and they still were trying to push me to purchase and go through with a crown. Thank God I didn’t because it would have been a waste of money completely. I know these procedures aren’t guaranteed but I would appreciate it if a procedure is completed by the doctor who has started it.

Jocelyne and Joanna made me at ease when feeling embarrassed of the state of neglect my teeth were in, courteous and professional yet relaxed and fun. Jocelyne transformed my smile from a beat up and rusty Karmann Ghia to a shiny Porsche 914! Keep up the great work and amazing attitude ladies, Thank you!

These people are phenomenal and exquisite healthcare professionals! I am disabled and throughout the whole process, they made me feel at home and relaxed. Working with Dr. Roane was a pleasure and his assistant Bebe, Joanna, and the receptionist Jess all made my experience seamless! Shayla recently helped me make another appointment and it was so easy, no hassle or waiting times. I also have a future appointment with Dr. Good! I am beyond excited to continue working with these beautiful people.
