I cannot say enough good things about this office. Drs and staff are super friendly and attentive. I have a terrible fear of dentists and dental work but they did everything to make me comfortable and made each step pleasant for me. They continue to show empathy and kindness each time I see them. Above all the offices are clean and their dental work is impeccable. I won’t go anywhere else.

I’ve been going to Watts Dental for about a year and a half now and I genuinely can’t say enough good things. The office is always super clean, the staff is so friendly, and you can tell they use really up-to-date technology. I just finished Invisalign with them and my results turned out amazing. Dr. K is honestly the best!! She’s incredibly detail-oriented and makes sure everything is just right, which I really appreciate. I’ve tried a few other dentists around St. Pete before finding this place, and now I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Whether it’s regular visits or cosmetic work, I trust them completely. Just an overall great experience every time.

I recently underwent osseous surgery at Watts Dental & St. Pete Specialists, and I cannot say enough about how exceptional the entire experience was. From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel comfortable, informed, and genuinely cared for. Every staff member—from check-in to the surgical assistants—was professional, attentive, and incredibly supportive throughout the process. They took the time to walk me through each step, answer questions, and ensure I felt confident and at ease. Dr. Silvers was absolutely outstanding. His expertise, precision, and calm demeanor made a potentially stressful procedure feel completely manageable. It’s clear he not only excels clinically but also truly prioritizes patient care and experience. All staff here, from reception, dental hygienist, and dentist (and of course dog-ter) are all friendly, professional, and go above and beyond. It was my first cleaning with them and they were so thorough and helpful. So happy to have found a great dentist in the area. Also, the office is clean, has new technology, and is very relaxing.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others about my experience. I needed a crown after a root canal while I was working out of state. From the beginning, I repeatedly expressed concerns that something wasn’t right. The temporary crown was poorly fitted and I later developed an infection that, at minimum, was contributed to by how poorly the temporary restoration fit. Each time I raised concerns, they were dismissed or minimized, and because the dentist consistently reassured me that everything was fine, I eventually convinced myself I was overreacting. When the permanent crown was placed, I again told them it felt wrong. It was oversized, uncomfortable, and my bite felt off. The actual dentist did not place either the temporary or permanent crown; they only briefly checked the work afterward and largely dismissed my concerns. I paid $1,200 for this crown, and less than a month later my regular dentist examined it and was immediately concerned. He pointed out that the crown was excessively large and had not even been adjusted properly on the biting surface. I now have to pay for have an entirely new crown made despite this one being placed just this month. The most frustrating part is that I trusted their expertise when they repeatedly told me everything was fine. In hindsight, my concerns were valid all along. A dental restoration should not need complete replacement within weeks of placement. I cannot recommend this office based on my experience.
