Feather Sound Smiles

I drive 50 minutes each way to come to Feather Sound Smiles. I got the best deal on Invisalign! So good that it makes it worth the drive. But that's not the best part! After several months of appointments and meeting so many amazing young people that make up their staff, I decided to make them my regular dentist office too! That says a lot! I drive across the Skyway bridge to get there. I am not a fan of bridges either! As a senior, I know what good customer service is, and sadly it is becoming a thing of the past. Feather Sound Smiles understands customer service and satisfaction! Just make an appointment!!

I moved to St. Pete 3 years ago and this is my fourth dentist. I am happy to say that I’ve found a keeper. Honest, cheerful, and the best cleaning I’ve ever had. Having totally private rooms is a big plus for me. Highly recommend.

Accolades to the entire staff of Feather Sound Smiles for exceeding all expectations vis à vis the world of dentistry! The entire staff beginning with those in reception, assistants , Dr. Gidden and Dr. Minias were outstandingly professional, knowledgeable, helpful and compassionate. Initially, I was given a lovely tour of the facilities which were peaceful and euphoric, maintaining me in a total state of relaxation before visiting with all of the kind individuals who conducted my examination and subsequent procedures. I send an abundance of gratitude for all that they did for me and eagerly anticipate my next visit! Feather Sound Smiles definitely deserves a 5 Star rating and I highly recommend them to all for future, all inclusive dental work.

The first appointment after my initial consultation left me so pleased that I switched dental offices. Dr. Giddens and his staff came highly recommended so the bar was high. They met and exceeded my expectations. From the friendly, professional, and accommodating staff to the expertise of Dr. Giddens, I can't recommend them more. His honesty about what I need and what I don't came as a pleasant surprise and I knew they weren't trying to oversell what was not necessary. An upcoming procedure that I do need seemed a bit costly and I'm not sure how it compares with other offices, but they seemed willing to discuss this when we get closer to that appointment. During my first procedure, I was amazed not only with the state-of-the-art equipment, but the effortless partnership and communication between Dr. Giddens and one of his dental assistants, Isabella. It was like watching a well rehearsed symphony of talent that left me feeling confident in my decision to entrust them with my care. My hygienist, Cheyenne was absolutely delightful and knows her craft well. I had one of the best experiences with a cleaning in a long time and am looking forward to my 6-month followup. Great office, fabulous team.

while the staff and dentists there are mostly all very nice (except for one hygienist I had last year who rushed through my cleaning and had an attitude with me from the second I sat down in the chair), I am disappointed in the fact that I have dental insurance and they accept it, yet I always owe them more money that I would expect for a basic cleaning each time I visit. I know they are coding it as something more 'advanced' which leads to some surplus owed, but what I am getting done feels rather routine. If I get yet another bill from them after the insurance company fails to cover the remainder of last visit's charges, I will be seeking a new dentist.
