Highly recommend! Dental work can be expensive, but I had one of the most pleasant experiences ever at Waterside Dental. The entire team went above and beyond, and I felt completely comfortable from start to finish. The doctor was fantastic — after finishing two dental implants, he even leaned back, looked at his work, and said, “I really like how that turned out.” And honestly, it does look fantastic. .

New patient after a move and leaving a great dentist of 30 years. Im so pleased with Dr Moates & staff . Root canal and broken tooth repair went better than I could've imagined. I highly recommend Waterside. Thought I'd never find a new dentist as good as my previous but I did. Everyone I encountered is very good at their job . You'll be in good hands at Waterside.

It was the most horrible experience ever! I came in for a regular check up and cleaning. They told me I NEED full set of X-rays which I refused. As Dental Hygienist, I know about the need for full mouth X-rays. They refused to see me because of that!!!!! Since when are you forced to take so many X-rays just because?!?!?! The front desk had a horrible attitude and basically said that it was too bad and that they have a rule about it. WHO made the rule?????

After waiting for 3 years to have a tooth extracted, my present dentist referred me to am oral surgeon only to be advised the cost was going to be ,$680 and they did not accept insurance Hence. Waiting until now Located Dr Moates at Waterside Dental and believe me when I say I couldn't be happier. Took me on as a new patient within 2 days, accepted my insurance, took one X-ray and within minutes the loose tooth was out. I honestly thought the Doctor was joking when said it would be out in a minute . Have had zero pain. Extremely pleased with Dr. Moates and all of his staff. Highly recommend. Will be switching to Waterside for good. Also located this dentist through zocdoc. Thank you to everyone at Waterside Dental for making this a very special visit.

The dental hygienist and dentist that I see are great! The front of house/ receptionist not so much. She shamed me when I didn’t confirm my appointment and threatened not allowing me in. I had made the appointment a few weeks earlier and was not receiving calls or texts from them. She also ignored my comment of not having dental insurance….which the hygienist helped me to address. They also require x-rays annually in order to get a cleaning…not sure if that is a requirement every where but frustrating when the receptionist said I had a choice. I could choose x-rays and get a cleaning or not get any care at all. That is not really a choice. Front of house just need a little customer service work but overall the experience is fine.
