I had a really bad experience here and I would not recommend this place to anyone. They messed up my tooth, and I kept getting infections over and over again because of it. Instead of fixing it properly the first time, they kept having me come back and charging me more money each visit. In total, I ended up paying close to $5,000. On top of that, they kept adding random $50 charges saying my insurance didn’t cover certain things, but could never clearly explain what those charges were for. When I asked for an itemized bill, they refused to give me one. That’s a huge red flag. I also asked for copies of my X-rays and records so I could go to another dentist, and they gave me the runaround instead of just providing them like they’re supposed to. After all that, they actually sent me to collections over one of those extra $50 charges I refused to pay because it didn’t make sense. This place is unprofessional, not transparent, and clearly more focused on money than patient care. I regret ever coming here.

Horrible experience with the clinic. My veneer jumped of more times that I can count and they keep ignoring that I have permanent pain since Dr Moates put my veneer. They keep lying about calling me back to book an emergency appointment and they never do. Extremely rude front desk staff and assistant. I’d stay away

The staff were very polite and on top of what needed to be done. I have not had such a well thought out and complete exam and cleaning After the first cleaning, my teeth were in the best shape ever. Thanks

Neve is very pleasant, competent, quick and thorough as a hygenist. We will continue to come back for regular appointments.

It was the most horrible experience ever! I came in for a regular check up and cleaning. They told me I NEED full set of X-rays which I refused. As Dental Hygienist, I know about the need for full mouth X-rays. They refused to see me because of that!!!!! Since when are you forced to take so many X-rays just because?!?!?! The front desk had a horrible attitude and basically said that it was too bad and that they have a rule about it. WHO made the rule?????
