All Smiles Dentistry - Prima Vista

Seriously, this is the best dentist in PSL. We found them by a fluke based on my son needing a pediatric dentist and they were accepting new Florida blue pts. After his visit we switched over too. The staff are helpful, kind and competent. Dr Rankin was personable and knowledgeable. I was in the room next door and he was pulling a tooth for a child and his interaction was so calming and comforting. The office is quaint and small but the humans working here make it an amazing culture. Highly recommend!

I had such a great experience at this dental office. From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming and made me feel comfortable. What really stood out to me was how much time the dentist took to actually sit down and explain everything. He didn’t rush through the appointment at all—he went over my X-rays, answered all my questions, and made sure I fully understood my options. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and wants them to feel informed, not just treated. That level of attention is honestly rare. He’s truly remarkable at what he does, and it made a huge difference in how confident and at ease I felt during my visit. I’m really glad I found this office and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a dentist who actually takes the time to educate and care.

So impressed with the staff at Allsmiles. I had a crown procedure with Dr Zinn and it was absolutely pain free. Always checking in with my comfort. Just an amazing experience. Highly recommend the great team there if you need dental work.

When I stated treatment I am referring to all aspects . The receptionist was the first indication of being in a friendly professional office. The work-up by staff prior to seeing the dentist was a continuation of the same professional but friendly interaction. The dentist did not disappoint. From the greeting through the examination to the treatment plan discussion demonstrated comfort, compassion, confidence, and competence that made it clear that I had found the clinic I was hoping to find, and based on past experiences at other good clinics this was even better. Next visit was with hygienist and more of that same level of caring and competence. Have had to use many clinics because of traveling, I can say with certainty that this will be my hometown clinic. Many kudos to this entire team.

I love this dental office! After many years without dental insurance and proper dental care, I came to All smiles prima vista at the recommendation of several friends. Every member of the team from reception to assistants to doctors are so sweet and pleasant to deal with. Dr Zinn is fantastic and I fully trust him to handle all my dental health needs.
