I recently had a procedure done at this dental office, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the care I received. From the moment I sat down, the dentist made me feel comfortable by explaining every step of the procedure before and as it was happening. Knowing what to expect helped ease any anxiety and made the entire experience much more comfortable. The entire team was kind, professional, and genuinely caring. It’s clear that patient comfort and communication are top priorities here. I truly appreciated the time they took to answer my questions and ensure I felt at ease throughout my visit. It was my first time here and the staff was very helpful in filling out the information on the tablets. That took quite a bit of time so be sure to prepare for it or do it ahead of time. I had a little bit of a wait for the dentist but not excessive and he seemed nice and personable. They were thorough and I think I'll do fine here. The hygienist, Katelyn, was thorough and did a good job.

I am new to the area and was looking for a dentist. This business is so amazing! The staff is super friendly and welcoming. The dental hygienist was amazing and did an amazing job cleaning my teeth, and Dr.Opp was amazing as well—very warm, friendly, and caring. He completely explained everything he saw and how to approach it. This place is just absolutely the best; the environment was very well-kept and tidy. The way this place is run, from customer service as soon as you walk in to patient care, is just top-notch!!! A+++++++++.

I absolutely LOVE the staff here. Dr. Opps is so nice and walks you through step by step. Especially if you have kids that are really nervous about going to the dentist, this is your place! Taylor was so sweet and right there by my daughter’s side as she had to get a couple teeth pulled. The ladies in the front and checkout are wonderful too! Awesome experience from start to finish.

We have always had the best experiences at Smiles Lakewood Ranch and highly recommend them to everyone. The front desk staff, hygienists and Dr Fridella are so friendly and kind and go above and beyond. We have a son with special needs and they have been incredible with him-so patient and accommodating. Truly have never had a better experience with a dental office.
