Great place to have your Orthodontics done!!! I brought both my kids in here for their orthodontics needs. Staff are great. Starting from the front end, financial staff and the Doctors, all great. I had no issue at all. They made scheduling with my kids primary dentist very easy. They also work with my insurance so I only have to pay a fraction of the cost compared to private Orthodontics. They gave discount too when you bring a sibling, which I did for mine. So far I checked they still do offer the discount.

This is my third time getting braces through JU and my first time paying for it myself. Without a fail there is ALWAYS a money problem with them. I set up autopay with them and they missed a payment when i did and now they constantly charge me late fees and they will not take accountability for this. Every month i go into JU for my appointment they ask me what am i going to do about this, i have tried numerous times for them to fix it even talking to the head person for financial. This is extremely frustrating and today i went and they told me life isn’t fair when i told them it is not my fault they messed up and it isn’t fair to change me late fees.

This place has been excellent from beginning to start. Most dental offices quoted braces for my son around $7-10k and I thought of asking this school. I paid $3500 and my son is doing great, his smile is perfect. The entire staff has been amazing from the front office who was always very helpful to the doctors who have been kind and compassionate and knowledgeable. It's also very clean and safe I cannot thank you enough for your help

We love JU and especially Dr. Labib! She has always been so sweet and professional with my daughter. She makes sure my daughter isn’t uncomfortable when getting new wires. I like how she knows about my daughter and our life because she cares to get to know her patient and their interest. I highly recommend her as your orthodontist!

My experience at JU orthodontist was great! I went in today to get a new retainer because my previous one broke. I was attended by Dr. Alhuroub, who was super sweet and made me feel comfortable. I was pretty anxious before my appointment, but she ensured that I was comfortable, she even had relaxing music playing. She was able to make my retainer the same day, which was great!! The retainer I received today was probably hands down the best retainer I have had so far. The previous retainer I had (about 4 to 5 years ago) wasn't the best, but Dr. Alhuroub was very precise with her work and provided me with an amazing retainer!
