I had such a wonderful experience thanks to Mary, Gail, and Dr. Kriger! From the moment I walked in, Mary at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and friendly. She greeted me with a warm smile and made the check-in process smooth and easy, which immediately set a positive tone for my visit. Gail was super helpful and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. She was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I had a great experience. Dr. Kriger was absolutely wonderful. She is very sweet and soft spoken, and she truly went out of her way to make sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. I really appreciated how attentive and kind she was. All three of them made such a positive difference — their professionalism and compassion did not go unnoticed. Highly recommend!

We came for a consultation for a second opinion for my daughter and were absolutely blown away by the level of care and attention to detail they had. I also am extremely happy with how they are very selective on their treatments, do not suggest any extra care that is not necessary, and have a few financial options to choose from so you get what works best for you. I absolutely would recommend. Also, Gail was absolutely amazing, accommodating, and made myself and my daughter feel very comfortable with the whole process.

The only good thing I can really say about this dr is that she’s nice. In my experience, all orthodontists are super nice. I feel compelled to leave a review now that I’ve been through the entire experience with another orthodontist and I’ve noted a difference. Her patient, my daughter already had braces on but then we moved. The previous orthodontist gave us a good idea what to expect by leaving some space so that she could get bonding to enlarge her teeth. Dr Kriger left no space and when I approached her staff member about it, she was practically combative. Dr Kriger had to come in to calm her down. Maybe she was having a bad day but it was very unprofessional. Regardless, I was most upset by the lack of attention to my daughter’s teeth. She didn’t receive the care that was expected.
