Dr. Norton is absolutely amazing, not only as an Orthodontist but as a human as well. He’s professional while easy going, friendly and funny. . And it sure reflects on his staff. As a mom of an ADHD teen who doesn’t always want to cooperate, it is a tremendous relief to work our schedule and reschedule with the staff at Norton Orthodontist. They are incredibly accommodating and provide superior customer service which is hard to find these days. They always make us feel welcome and I truly feel like I am catching up with friends. My son’s teeth were an extreme case, almost 20 months in and they look fantastic. 5 star recommendation for Norton Orthodontics.

Never been to any other place that's treated me like family quite as much as they do. Highly recommend. An amazing experience the entire time. Dr. Norton is not just an exceptional orthodontist, but an exceptional person, and the staff is welcoming, helpful, and unbelievably kind. Excited to have my braces off, but sad to no longer visit the office regularly.

Norton Orthodontics is truly the best. They have the customer service and expertise that you rarely see anymore. From the front office to Dr. Norton himself, they are so knowledgeable, helpful. and most of all kind. They are always timely, I have never waited past my appointment time to be seen. Awesome ortho office! They get you in quickly, and the staff is absolutely amazing—always professional, kind, and welcoming. My kid of 7 years old need an retainer and I can’t be more grateful with the doctor, he is amazing with kids. The complete staff is very welcoming and they are always with an smile and you feel like they have you back. I truly recommend Norton Orthodontics!!
