I really liked my experience the person that did my braces was super nice and made me super comfortable and the people at the front desk was really nice as well and the person that did my braces gave me samples to start with and a tote bag overall my experience was 10/10

So far, so good! The insurance portion was a bit overwhelming, but everything else has been a great experience. Nicole was absolutely wonderful. She was thorough, incredibly patient, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. I wasn't the easiest customer, and she never made me feel rushed or like I was asking too many questions. She took the time to help me through everything, and I truly appreciated her professionalism and compassion. The office is clean, welcoming, and has a fun atmosphere. I especially loved seeing the therapy puppies around—they made the environment feel so much calmer and less stressful. The orthodontist has a warm, friendly smile, and everyone in the office seems genuinely happy to work there, which says a lot about the practice. I'm looking forward to continuing treatment here!

Comforting office, once you walk in the door greeted with smiles. We came in on vacation, and sons bracket broken on braces and they seen him with no problem. To make sure he was comfortable
