Very professional I highly recommend coming here. They take their time. They are very detailed of what is going on with your child and they do not break your pockets like most dentists office from the staff to the doctor was amazing I give them 10 stars and they are open on Saturdays which is so perfect for Parents who works on the weekdays

I truly cannot say enough good things about this orthodontic office. From the very first interaction, their communication has been absolutely incredible- clear, responsive, and genuinely caring. They went out of their way to adjust our appointment time and fit my son in the very same day, which meant more to me than they probably realize. As a single mom of three, flexibility and understanding make all the difference. Not only were they accommodating with scheduling, but they were also more than willing to work with me on the down payment and monthly terms. That kind of compassion and support is rare, and it speaks volumes about who they are as people, not just as professionals. Every single staff member is kind, patient, and encouraging. They made my son feel comfortable and made me feel supported. I’m so grateful we found them and would recommend this office to any parent looking for quality care paired with genuine heart.

I really appreciated how clearly he explained everything in terms we could both understand, showing not only his knowledge and expertise but also his ability to communicate well with kids and parents alike. He is also bilingual, huge plus. The staff was welcoming, the office was clean and organized, and we never felt rushed. There was no long wait and he answered all of our questions thoroughly and gave us a clear idea of what to expect moving forward. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and their long-term results, not just getting them in and out quickly. Overall, this was exactly what you hope for in an orthodontist: professional, knowledgeable, caring, and great with kids. My son left feeling confident instead of anxious, which says it all. Chacon Orthodontics is amazing! Dr. Omar and Ali were so kind and helpful throughout my son’s visit. They made him feel comfortable and at ease the entire time. The whole team made the process smooth and stress-free, and they were very accommodating. If you’re in Brandon, FL, this is definitely the place to go!

My experience with Dr. Chacon was amazing! I really did not know I had a bite problem until he showed me how my teeth fit together. I love how kind and gentle his whole team were during my appointed. He explained me how braces will help me with my bite and correcting the alignment. Amazing location too in for my orthodontic appointments in Brandon. I’m so happy I found him!
