Debbie was awesome, too! Thought about getting Invisalign a few years ago thru my previous dentist. Glad I waited and went to ortho instead. Highly recommend Dr. G.

I was excited about getting my braces done with Dr. Kawa again, only to leave feeling disappointed. I had ceramic braces placed yesterday, and within just a few hours, one of the bottom brackets broke, requiring me to return to the office the very next day to have it repaired. During both visits, I expressed that I was very uncomfortable with the ceramic braces. They are much bulkier than I expected, making it difficult to fully close my mouth, and they constantly rub against the inside of my cheeks and upper lip. Had I known they would feel this bulky, I would have chosen metal braces from the beginning. What disappointed me the most was not just the discomfort, but how my concerns were handled. I spoke with multiple staff members and explained that I was unhappy with the ceramic braces and wanted to switch to metal braces since my treatment had just begun. Rather than showing empathy, acknowledging my concerns, or discussing possible solutions, I was simply told I would have to pay an additional $400 to replace them after I had just paid $500 to begin treatment. As a patient, I wasn’t expecting everything to be perfect, but I did expect to feel heard. Raising concerns within 24 hours of starting treatment should have been met with compassion and a willingness to explore options. Instead, I left feeling dismissed and discouraged.

It’s been a long time coming, and my journey at Dr. Kawa’s office has been nothing short of amazing! From start to finish, the staff was exceptional, professional, caring, and a pleasure to work with. I’m absolutely in love with my new smile and can’t stop smiling! 😃 A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for helping make my dream come true. I truly appreciate all of your hard work and dedication. You’ve changed my smile and my confidence!

I spent the last 4 years here doing my braces and they were awesome! My teeth were horrible before and they made it so beautiful and straight. From a severe overbite to barely any! The orthos here are very kind and super talkative. They make sure nothing hurts for you and give you a bunch of tips on how to avoid anything. Don't hesitate to do your braces here!
