Man you guys have been amazing, very professional, caring, nice genuine people and really kind, the doctor is a lovely person, you can also tell she loves what she does and enjoys seeing the teeth come together, she knows exactly what she’s doing as she instructs her Assistants, thank you guys so much, you’ve made my teeth straightening amazing lol and fixed my jaw, I had a mean cross bite, thank you 🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽

It has been a great journey being with you throughout my son two years of treatment. The staff is incredibly patient, caring, and professional. I truly appreciate the wonderful service and support he received. Amazing place—I highly recommend it!

Before this weeks’s interaction with this office, they always got a 5 star from me i’m 47 and I got my Prior to this week’s interaction with this office, I consistently provided them with a five-star rating. At the age of 47, I underwent orthodontic treatment with them. Subsequently, three of our children have also completed their orthodontic treatment with the same office. I have consistently promoted them positively to friends and strangers who have inquired about reputable orthodontists. done with them and when it was time 3 of our kids have gotten there braces done with them and I always promoted them in a positive way towards friends and strangers that always asked where a good orthodontist was ! My daughter got her braces off At the end of last August year She has a permanent retainer on her bottom so there’s no Shifting one bracket that’s glued on to her tooth came loose. She made an appointment to have it re-glued back on and they told her it’d be $150. I called to talk to front desk or Managment regarding this charge since it was within the year of having this done Managment never called back. She went to her appointment today. They charged the $150 and played it off like they called me but they never did. It’s not about the money. It’s about the point of $150 means more to you for a piece of glue that took five minutes to put it back together, so be it from this day forward I will never speak positive again about this office and it’s about principal two generations of family getting braces done there . and there won’t be a third generation going Have a great day no need to call after reading this !

I was excited about getting my braces done with Dr. Kawa again, only to leave feeling disappointed. I had ceramic braces placed yesterday, and within just a few hours, one of the bottom brackets broke, requiring me to return to the office the very next day to have it repaired. During both visits, I expressed that I was very uncomfortable with the ceramic braces. They are much bulkier than I expected, making it difficult to fully close my mouth, and they constantly rub against the inside of my cheeks and upper lip. Had I known they would feel this bulky, I would have chosen metal braces from the beginning. What disappointed me the most was not just the discomfort, but how my concerns were handled. I spoke with multiple staff members and explained that I was unhappy with the ceramic braces and wanted to switch to metal braces since my treatment had just begun. Rather than showing empathy, acknowledging my concerns, or discussing possible solutions, I was simply told I would have to pay an additional $400 to replace them after I had just paid $500 to begin treatment. As a patient, I wasn’t expecting everything to be perfect, but I did expect to feel heard. Raising concerns within 24 hours of starting treatment should have been met with compassion and a willingness to explore options. Instead, I left feeling dismissed and discouraged.

I spent the last 4 years here doing my braces and they were awesome! My teeth were horrible before and they made it so beautiful and straight. From a severe overbite to barely any! The orthos here are very kind and super talkative. They make sure nothing hurts for you and give you a bunch of tips on how to avoid anything. Don't hesitate to do your braces here!
