I secured an appointment as a new patient with about a week's notice. Grace the office manager was enthusiastic and proactive, answered my emails and even called and texted me to confirm and to get my records from my old dentist. When the old dentist didn't respond to me quickly, she called and got my old x-rays immediately! They don't use any automated phone system — someone always answers the phone. The doctor was friendly and made me feel relaxed, and the hygienist was thorough, gentle, and friendly. There was even availability for me to come in for a needed follow up the very next week, and everyone was clear with instructions and what to expect throughout. I'm impressed by their care and service, and I'm excited to have found this dentist's office.

Dr. Markowitz and his staff were incredibly nice and accommodating. The office is welcoming and very clean. And most importantly, Dr. Markowitz was very personable and really took the time to examine my daughter's jaw and go through the different treatment options. We felt well taken care of.

My first visit today, I had a very warm greeting. I will be coming back and making Dr. Markowitz and the you lady who cleaned my teeth today was very supportive today because she knew that I had anxiety and she made me relax and and also gave me a stress ball to squeeze. It was a great experience.

I had a dental emergency. Dr Eric revised his schedule to accommodate me at the earliest time. I’ve been with him for 25 years. He doesn't believe in pain and he explains everything he does. He also has a top-notch staff.

I had an appointment with Dr. Eric this morning to replace my two front teeth. The teeth look absolutely beautiful and I'm very happy with the results. He has been taking care of my dental needs for over 20 years. I won't go to any other dentist. I highly recommend Markowitz Dental. They will take care of you. The staff is marvelous and very professional.
