Dr. Smith and her team have helped to give me the smile I've always wanted ☺️. They provided excellent care from my very first consultation through to completing my treatment. The office is well-located, always immaculately clean, and they do a great job of managing time. I always felt like the team had my best interest at heart, and they are willing to accommodate your own personal needs (like me having wildly sensitive teeth, lol). I've already recommended them to friends who've gone through and gotten service here themselves, so I'd easily recommend them to anyone else! 10/10 service and results!!
My experience with Infinity Ortho has been a true journey and wonderful experience overall. Dr. Smith, Mitra, and Airus are an amazing team. I’ve always been warmly greeted with respect, kindness and patience. I really appreciate Dr. Smith for being meticulous and giving me the results that went beyond my imagination. I will always recommend Infinity Orthodontics. This place is truly a Gem.
I have a very complicated oral and maxillofacial history that made me nervous to pursue braces again, especially after a consult with another orthodontist who had less than stellar bedside manner. Dr. Smith was the exact opposite. She was warm, friendly, and made me feel at ease from the moment I stepped foot into her office. She did her due diligence to make sure we were safe to move ahead with braces and helped me feel confident that we would be successful. And we were! I’m so grateful to her for her expertise and couldn’t be happier with my new smile!
The orthodontist didn’t fix what she said she would fix, worsened my situation and ignored a very obvious problem throughout the treatment and only told me at the end that “she can’t do anything about it.” When I consulted other orthodontists afterward, they said this was actually a simple issue that should have been addressed from the beginning. Because of this, I now have to spend much more money and time to fix the damage with another doctor. Bite alignment is a functional issue, not just cosmetic, and mistakes here can have long-term consequences. The negative reviews (some seem to be deleted) I’ve seen here are also centered around the same functional issues, especially unresolved or worsened bite problems. I would strongly caution anyone considering braces or Invisalign here, you may end up with a worse bite and additional costs later.
From my very first consultation to the day my braces came off, Infinity Orthodontics has been nothing short of amazing. The entire team is warm, professional, and genuinely invested in their patients’ smiles. The office is clean, modern, and runs on time which I really appreciated because my check ups were during my office hours. I am so happy with the results of my teeth.
