The worst orthodontics clinic in Delaware! The quality of the clinic deteriorated a lot since Greeley and Nista retired! Now they borrowed the good reputation from the original owners and do all the worst things. My kid installed a bridge and we followed the routine check, however every time we went there, the nurse just takes one minute to check and said everything is well and let us go. No action is made. They should clean the brace and adjust the brace if necessary. Until my dentist saw the brace gets rusty, and after removing the brace, the tooth has severe cavity that needs to do the root canal. If GNO can do a small cleaning or any early action, this won’t happen! Never choose this Orthodontics! I feel so shameful to put GNO sticker on my car for such a long time!

Dr. Nista and his assistant Chrissy did a superb job of gently placing braces on my lower arch today. They managed to actually make the experience very positive and personable. The office staff is friendly, accommodating, and encouraging. They took their time to answer my questions and to tell me what to expect as we go forward. I recommend them enthusiastically!
