Delaware Smile Design of North Wilmington

I have been very happy with my experience thus far. Switching to Delaware Smile Design this year was based on them being in-network for my insurer. I have been very happy with their reasonable prices and the decent coverage my insurance provides. More importantly, I switched to Delaware Smile Design after another dentist’s filling left me in serious tooth pain and heat sensitivity. They accommodated me nearly right away. Dr. Chu quickly diagnosed the problem and referred me to an endodontist for a root canal. She has answered my questions and explained treatment options clearly. Scheduling has been painless. I had a filling fail today from a prior dentist and I already have an appointment for tomorrow to address it. I also got the temporary and then permanent caps placed after the root canal. Again, scheduling was painless and Dr. Chu and my hygienist were quick and professional. They make good use of technology with email and text appointment reminders. It’s hard to find a good dentist. But I feel I have found a great one in Dr. Chu. I recommend this practice without reservation.

Dr. Chu is the best! I had a tooth pulled. It’s 24 hours later and still no pain! It’s scary choosing a new dentist, but not when you go to Delaware Smile Design! Dr Chu is like soaking up the sun on a summer day.

I have been to five different dentists in my life and Dr. Arpit Patel was amazing if not the best I’ve been to. He was so thorough and explained everything in such a great way so that I could understand what we were doing and why we were doing it. He was also so accommodating for my 3 year old and made the experience calm, fun and comfortable. My 3 year old even sat still and let him polish his teeth! The office staff were all so kind and supportive. I would choose this office over any I’ve previously been to.

The staff at this practice is always very pleasant. The hygienist always does a diligent job of cleaning my teeth.. The dentists are very thorough doing the exam. I could be happier to be at this Dental practice.

We just had our first family visit to Delaware Smile Design, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Taking a 1-year-old and a 2-year-old to the dentist can be a bit nerve-wracking, but the team here was absolutely phenomenal with them. They were incredibly patient and gentle with my toddlers, ensuring they felt safe and comfortable throughout their checkups. It is rare to find a dental office that balances such high professional standards with such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We are so relieved to have found a place that is truly great with little kids. If you’re looking for a dentist that treats you like family, this is definitely the spot!
