Smile Studio Dentistry

A scam. Never had an issue in a dental office before, their prices are outrageous even insurance won’t cover full amount. They mislead me and didn’t inform me of costs of “mandatory” services I didn’t even ask for or know was additional cost. They also filed the claim 10 months after the visit which is causing issues with insurance and they’re refusing to communicate/assist. They brushed me off and said to sort it with collections despite it being their fault. Their staff act nice until there’s an issue then they are rude and snarky.

Every single staff member was pleasant and welcoming. The Doctor was present attentive and open. He also educated me on everything he was doing as well as clearly explaining the plan for me. I am super pleased and eager to go to my next appointment. 😁

The environment was welcoming and even a bit fun, which really helped ease my nerves. Everything was explained to me clearly and upfront, so there were no surprises, just honest, straightforward communication in a genuinely friendly atmosphere. What stood out the most was how comfortable I felt throughout the entire visit. That’s not something I usually associate with the dentist, but they’ve definitely changed my perspective. Highly recommend, especially if you're usually anxious about dental visits!

I’ve had the most wonderful experience here. I recently moved to downtown Hartford and was having trouble finding a good dentist, but I totally lucked out when I found Smile. Dr. Harper is skilled, thorough, and incredibly attentive. He and his assistant even remembered small details from our previous conversations - so genuine! Every hygienist and assistant is thoughtful and makes you feel completely at ease. I needed multiple fillings, but I actually found myself looking forward to each visit because of how great this team is. If you have any form of dental anxiety, this is your place!!!

Wonderful office conveniently located in downtown Hartford. The space is beautiful and cozy. My experience here was really pleasant - everyone is very friendly. I was seen in. a timely manner and my appointment was quick and thorough. They take the time to answer questions and explain what they’re doing, which is nice. All in all it’s a wonderful place to come for all your dental needs!
